Abstract

Perawatan payudara sangat penting dilakukan selama hamil hingga menyusui, karena payudara merupakan satu-satunya sumber makanan pokok bayi baru lahir sehingga harus dilakukan sedini mungkin. Tingkat kesadaran masyarakat indonesia khususnya pada ibu hamil masih sangat rendah mengenai pentingnya pemberian ASI dan bagaimana melakukan perawatan payudara.Tujuan Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Perawatan Payudara Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III Dengan Kelancaran Pengeluaran ASI Pada Masa Nifas.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasional analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik Pratama Sehati Husada Kec.Biru-biru Kab. Deli Serdang dengan melibatkan sempel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang yang ditentukan dengan Accidental Sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi.Hasil penelitian ditemukan variabel yang berhubungan dengan kelancaran pengeluaran ASI yaitu Perawatan Payudara dengan (P=0,000), Frekuensi Menyusui dengan (P=0,001), dan Tehnik Menyusui dengan (P=0,005). Bagi Tenaga Kesehatan bidan maupun perawat diharapkan dapat memberikan asuhan pada ibu hamil sampai masa nifas tentang perawatan payudara yang dapat dilakukan secara mandiri dirumah agar memperlancar pengeluaran ASI selama masa nifas. Bagi Peneliti Selanjutnya sebagai bahan evaluasi dan reverensi guna pengembangan penelitian apakah ada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh perawatan payudara pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan kelancaran pengeluaran ASI pada masa nifas

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases that remains a major public health problem with an increasing prevalence, especially among the elderly population. This condition is influenced by unhealthy lifestyles, lack of physical activity, and limited public knowledge regarding the prevention and management of hypertension. This community service activity aimed to improve community knowledge and awareness regarding blood pressure control through the utilization of complementary therapy in the form of a combination of celery and cucumber juice. The activity was conducted in Dusun IV, Patumbak I Village, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency, May 15, 2026. The methods used included preliminary surveys, observations, interviews, health education, health screenings, hypertension exercise programs, and community empowerment activities. The target participants were residents of Dusun IV using a participatory approach. The results showed that hypertension was identified as a priority health problem in the community. After the implementation of health education and counseling, the community demonstrated high enthusiasm and improved understanding regarding hypertension risk factors, the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, and the use of celery and cucumber juice as a non-pharmacological therapy to help reduce blood pressure. This activity is expected to increase community awareness in preventing and controlling hypertension independently through the adoption of healthy lifestyles and the use of natural ingredients that are easily accessible in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Immunization is an effort to actively create/increase a person's immunity against a disease so that if one day they are exposed to that disease they will not get sick or only experience mild illness. The aims of the research to analyze the factors that influenced participation in DPT HB HiB immunization for 4 babies under two years (baduta) in Gayo Lues district, Aceh Province last year. The type of the research used a correlative descriptive research design with a cross-sectional approach, the population is 40 respondents in the Gayo Lues district area, using a total sampling technique the data was obtained from the results of interviews by distributing questionnaires that had been prepared by the researcher. The Data of analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately with an independent t-test and with an alpha (a) value of 0.05. The results of the research showed that there was no influence of family support on DPT HB Hib 4 immunization for babies under two years old (BADUTA) in Gayo Lues district, Aceh province last year. The influence of community empowerment on DPT HB Hib 4 immunization for babies under two years (BADUTA) in Gayo Lues district, Aceh province last year. Then. There was an influence on the role of recording and reporting on DPT HB Hib 4 immunization for babies under two years old (BADUTA) in Gayo Lues district, Aceh province last year.
