Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is an initiative to sow understanding of the nation's ideology through the introduction of Pancasila values ​​with real activities in the form of projects. Some of the challenges faced by teachers at SD N 2 Meurah Dua Pidie Jaya include their low understanding of P5, lack of motivation in creating interesting learning, and limited knowledge in developing P5 learning that is integrated with local Acehnese culture, including the Ranup Lampuan Traditional Dance. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and insight of teachers in implementing P5 in schools. In this activity, the main focus is on increasing the capacity and mastery of teachers through socialization, training, application of technology, mentoring, and evaluation. The results obtained show that we have succeeded in mentoring teachers at SD N 2 Meurah Dua Pidie Jaya in implementing P5 that is oriented towards local Acehnese wisdom. The teachers have succeeded in implementing P5 in learning that focuses on local Acehnese culture in the classroom, which can motivate students to learn with enthusiasm and confidence. Training to strengthen basic education through the implementation of P5 based on local Acehnese wisdom using the Ranup Lampuan Dance has succeeded in increasing learning motivation among teachers and students in the classroom, so it is hoped that this activity can continue in the future.
