Abstract

The implementation of a web system for ordering and managing logistics delivery at Building Shop “X” aims to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. In the ever-evolving digital era, the manual processes that are still applied today cause various problems, such as recording errors and delivery delays. The proposed web system allows customers to access stock information, calculate total costs, choose payment methods, and place orders online. In addition, the web system provides transparency regarding delivery status along with a product review feature, thus directly improving the customer experience. The database design in this research is supported by Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) modeling, and the system has been successfully evaluated using the Blackbox Testing method. The development of this system is expected to automate the ordering process, ensure data accuracy, and provide better access to customers. Ultimately, the application of this integrated technology will support the competitiveness and reputation of Building Shop “X” in an increasingly competitive logistics market.
