Abstract

A purchase decision is a decision-making process where the buyer will actually buy. Many factors influence the purchase decision of a product such as: promotion, product quality, price and product diversity. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study is Vincy Glow consumers. and the sample used in this study was 100 consumers. From the results of the t-test, it was obtained that there was a partially significant influence between the variables of Promotion (X1), Product Quality (X2), Price (X3) and Product Diversity (X4) on Purchase Decision (Y) on Vincy Glow. The variables of free promotion, product quality, price and product diversity have a simultaneous influence on the Purchase Decision. This can be proven by the value of Fcal ˃ Ftable with a significant level of less than 0.05, which is 0.000. From the multiple linear regression equation, the result of the product quality variable (X2) = 0.446 is greater than the other variables. So it can be concluded that product quality (X2) is the most dominant variable affecting the Purchase Decision (Y) in Vincy Glow Lamongan.

The results of the Fcal test (215,367) > Ftabel (2.73). From the multiple linear test Y = it can be seen that the most dominant value is the quality of service of 0.118. From the results of the above research, it can be concluded0,001+0,118X^1+0,103X^2+e, that the variables of Service Quality, Promotion partially have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Perumda BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan. Abstract

This research aims to find out the Product Diversification Strategy implemented by the Lamongan Lily Bakery Bread Company. To find out whether the Product Diversification Strategy implemented has increased the Sales Volume of the Lamongan Lily Bakery Bread Company. From the results of the data triangulation analysis, it is known that the strategy implemented by the business owner of Roti Lily Bakery to increase sales volume is the product diversification strategy. Based on the analysis conducted by the researcher, the diversification strategy carried out by Roti Lily Bakery is a concentric diversification strategy, where all products produced have a relationship in terms of marketing and technology, namely processed products from cassava, namely cassava chips with various flavor variants and variants of bread shapes. The impact that occurred when implementing the product diversification strategy at Roti Lily Bakery was the advantages and challenges faced. The positive impact or profit obtained by business owners by implementing a product diversification strategy is that this strategy also increases the sales volume of their products. Meanwhile, the challenges faced are constrained by the availability of production raw materials that are sometimes late delivered due to the large demand from other companies, tools to produce new products that are still limited, and production land as an impact that arises due to the need for a place for new technology, where to create new types of products new technology is also needed.

This research is a quantitative research, the type of data used is primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, documentation. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, multiple correlation, determination coefficient, t test, F test, which aims to test hypotheses that have been determined and tested with spss analysis tools. In this study, there were a total of 61 samples from 158 populations taken from the data of PERUMDA Lamongan Regency Drinking Water employees. The results of the analysis showed that all the data collected were valid and reliable, there were no multikos and heteros. The SPSS output results also show that the multiple correlation value is 0.932 and the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.869. From the calculation of the t-table, the result was 0.67867 and t-calculation X1=2.771, X2=6.228, X3=8.803, thus showing that there was a partial or individual influence. Meanwhile, after calculating f-calculus, the f-calculation value was 126,486 and the f-table was 2.51 which shows that there is an influence simultaneously or together. Meanwhile, from the results of the multiple linear regression analysis test, the value of Y = 1.171 + 0.250X1 + 0.510X2 + 0.420X3 was obtained. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that job training, work discipline and work motivation can be seen from the t-calculation > t-table. Job training, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance as seen from the results of f-calculation > f-table, and work discipline has a more dominant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

A company that is established has the goal of achieving the expected profit. The achievement of the company's goals is determined by the raw materials that are processed in production, so the company needs proper control of the raw material inventory. This is very important for the company because it greatly affects the profit earned by the company. In analyzing the data, the author uses quantitative methods . The data analysis determines the control of raw material inventory by using the EOQ method to determine the optimal amount of purchase, the Safety Stock method to determine the safety inventory and the Re Order Point method to determine when the company has to reorder raw materials. The results of the calculation of the total average purchase of raw materials using the EOQ method are more efficient than the company's policy. In addition, the inventory costs incurred by the company if using the EOQ method are lower.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research which is a research method based on the philosophy of post-positivism, used to research on the condition of natural objects, (as opposed to experiments where the researcher is the key instrument, sampling of data sources is carried out purposively and snowball, collection techniques with tri-analysis data analysis are inductive or qualitative, and the results of this research emphasize meaning rather than generalization. Research results from facts that occur in the field show that providing motivation to employees has a considerable role in increasing the work morale of employees. Providing motivation by giving awards for every achievement that has been made by employees is intended to motivate the work spirit of employees, both outstanding and non-achievers, so that they can improve their performance like their colleagues who have received awards. The conclusion of the results is that work motivation and compensation play a role in efforts to increase employee morale, as the main factor that is the driving force in efforts to increase the morale of employees of Barracuda Barbershop is the provision of compensation given to employees and the researcher suggests that the provision of motivation is given with various new formulas to employees, which is focused on the development of knowledge and insight of employees Barracuda Barbershop. This motivation can be provided in the form of training or seminars that contain outside the world of Barbershop work. For example, with training on the business world, this is so that employees have the spirit to continue to develop.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Lamongan Branch Post. In its implementation, there are still several problems related to providing motivation and the application of leadership that cause the company's organizational system to not run optimally. Every employee is expected to have a high level of awareness of themselves and the work environment, but in reality not all employees are able to comply with regulations and show maximum work awareness. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Lamongan Branch Post. The research method uses a quantitative approach with research instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Lamongan Branch Post as a respondent. Based on the results of the t-test, it was obtained that the leadership variable (X1) had a calculated t-value of 3.985, the motivation variable (X2) of 3.079, and the work satisfaction variable (X3) of 2.936. All of these calculated t-values are greater than the table t-values of 1.987 so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that partially the variables of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. Lamongan Branch Post. Simultaneously, the variables of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction have also been shown to affect employee performance. This is shown from the results of the F test with an F value of 8.918 which is greater than the F of the table of 3.10 and a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. The results of multiple linear regression analysis resulted in the equation Y = 7.761 + 0.468X1 + 0.266X2 + 0.117X3. Based on the value of the beta coefficient (β), the leadership variable (X1) has the greatest value compared to other variables so that it is stated as the most dominant variable affecting employee performance (Y) at PT. Lamongan Branch Post. Thus, it can be concluded that improving the quality of leadership will have a greater influence on improving employee performance than motivation and job satisfaction.
