Abstract

This study aims to test: 1) How the influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions in CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi, 2) How is the influence of brand image to purchase decision in CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi, 3) What is brand image acts as a moderator between consumer behavior and purchasing decisions. Population in this research is all consumer of Urea Powder Pink Powder CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambiwith a sample of 60 respondents with sampling technique incidental sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires with Likert Scale analyzed by qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive. The data analysis tools used are Response Achievement Level (RAL), Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), determination koefisien, t test and F test with SPSS for Windows software version 22.0. Based on the results of research and hypothesis test results show that: 1) Consumer behavior affect the purchase decision of pureed pink urea fertilizer CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambiwith significant value 0,001 < 0,05.2) Brand image have an effect on purchasing decision of urea pink bag of pink CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi with significant value 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Brand image act as a moderating variable between consumer behavior toward purchasing decision of urea pink bag of pink. CV. AMKA Kerinci Provinsi Jambi with significant value 0,025 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the extent of the influence of work motivation on the performance of employees of the Horticultural Food Plantations and Sungai Penuh City Plantation. the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of the Horticultural Food Crops and Plantation Plants in Sungai Penuh City. the extent of the influence of the work environment on the job satisfaction of employees of the Horticultural Food and Plantation Plants City of Sungai Penuh. the extent of the influence of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Horticultural Food and Plantation Plants City of Sungai Penuh.The population in this study were all employees at the Horticultural Food Crops and City of Sungai Penuh Plantations, totaling 41 people. Furthermore, it was found that all populations were sampled as many as 41 respondents with saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis tool used is path analysis at an alpha level of 0.05. The result of analysis found that job satisfaction was not found as mediation variable between motivation and performance employee, job satisfaction was not found as mediation variable between work environment and performance employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Skills, Work Discipline and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Sungai Penuh City, totaling 23 respondents. Data collection in this study is primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research method uses qualitative methods, while the analytical tools used are multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. he results showed that partially there was an influence between work skills (X1) on employee performance (Y) as evidenced by the value of t arithmetic t table (2,239 ˃ 2,09302) with a significant value = 0,037 < 0,050. Where the magnitude of the influence of work skills on employee performance is 8,5%. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline (X2) partially on employee performance (Y) it is proved by t arithmetic ˃ t table (2,729 ˃ 2,09302) or Sig = 0,013 < 0,050. Where the magnitude of the influence of work discipline on employee performance is 11,2%. There is an influence between the non-physical work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) it is proved by t arithmetic ˃ t table (4,213 ˃ 2,09302) or sig = 0,000 < 0,050. Where the magnitude of the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee performance is 33,2 %. There is a simultaneous influence between work skills, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the office of community empowerment and village in sungai penuh city is 53,0% while the rest (100-53,0%), which is equal to 47% explained by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income and operating expenses on the profit of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk period 2013-2022. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely in the form of financial statements of the gudang garam company from 2011 to 2020. Based on the results of the research, income yields t count 0.489 < t table 2.365 and sig value. 0.640 > 0.05. Thus Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no positive and insignificant effect between income and profit of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk period 2013-2022. Based on the results of the study of operating expenses on profit, the t count 1.319 < t table 2.365 and the value of sig. 0.229 . 0.05. Thus Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected, meaning that there is no and insignificant effect between operating expenses and profits of PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk period 2013-2022. And based on the results of the simultaneous study of Income and Operating Expenses, it produces a calculated f count 16.265 > f table 5.32 and the value of sig. 0.02 <0.05 this proves that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Revenue and Operating Expenses on Profit PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of tourist attractions, location and reference groups partially and simultaneously on tourists' visiting decisions at the Rawa Bento Jernih Jaya tourist attraction, Kerinci district. The sample in this study was 80 tourists from Rawa Bento Jernih Jaya, Kerinci Regency, using the Accidental Sampling method. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis at an alpha level of 0.05. The population used in this research were tourists at the Rawa Bento tourist attraction, Kerinci Regency. This research method uses a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling technique. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS software. The results of the research show that there is a significant and positive influence between tourist attraction on the decision to visit the Rawa Bento tourist attraction, Kerinci Regency. There is a significant and positive influence between Perceive Value on the decision to visit the Rawa Bento tourist attraction, Kerinci Regency. There is a significant influence between the groups. Reference to the decision to revisit the Rawa Bento tourist attraction, Kerinci Regency and there is a significant and positive influence between Tourist Attraction, Perceive Value and Reference Group on the Decision to Revisit the Rawa Bento Tourist Attraction, Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extend of the influence of Relationship Marketing, E-Service Quality and Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Purchase Decisions on Facebook marketplace both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were students at STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci. The sample for this study amounted to 90 respondents with the sampling technique convinience. The data Analysis tools used were Likert scale, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial and Simultaneous Coefficient of determination, t test and f test.Based on the results of the study, conclusions can be drawn, namely the results of research on the influence of Relationship Marketing on Purchase Decisions on the Facebook marketplace can be proven by the value of t calculate variables Relationship Marketing (3.781) > the value of t table (2.00324. The results of research on the effect of e-service quality on Purchase Decisions on Facebook marketplaces can be proven by the t-value of calculating the variables of E-Service Quality (2,480) > the t-value of the table (2,00324) . The results of research on the Effect of Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Purchase Decisions on Facebook marketplaces can be proven by the t-value of calculating the Hedonic Shopping Motivation variable (2,290) > the t-value of the table (2.00324) . The results of the F test were obtained F table with a significant level a = 0.05 and obtained acalculated F value greater than F table as evidenced by the value of Fcount (139.599) > F table (2.769), then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted from this study it can be concluded that Relationship Marketing, E-Service Quality and Hedonic Shopping Motivation collectively have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions on Facebook marketplaces

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on e-customer loyalty mediated by e-satisfaction among e-wallet users in Indonesia. The sample of this research was 100 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using SEM Amos 22. The results of the research show that there is a significant direct influence between e-service quality on e-satisfaction and e-customer loyalty among e-wallet users. There is a partial influence of the mediating impact of e-satisfaction between e-service quality on e-satisfaction and e-customer loyalty on e-wallet users. This shows that customer satisfaction can be built through good service so that customers do not switch to competitors.
