Abstrak Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem hidroponik sederhana berbasis daur ulang, meningkatkan literasi digital melalui pemanfaatan QR code dan logbook digital, menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan siswa, serta mengembangkan model pembelajaran terpadu berbasis Project-Based Learning (PjBL) di MTs Nahdhatul Muslimin, Desa Denai Lama, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi meliputi rendahnya minat siswa terhadap pertanian, minimnya fasilitas praktik, serta terbatasnya literasi digital guru dan siswa. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan participatory action approach dengan tahapan: analisis kebutuhan mitra, sosialisasi pertanian modern, praktik instalasi hidroponik sederhana, pemanfaatan QR code untuk identifikasi tanaman, pencatatan logbook digital melalui Google Sheets, serta edukasi kewirausahaan dan promosi digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 November 2025 dan diikuti oleh siswa kelas IX dan guru pendamping. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh instalasi hidroponik berfungsi dengan baik, tanaman kangkung, sawi, dan selada tumbuh dengan rata-rata tinggi 12–18 cm pada minggu ke-2 dengan kondisi daun hijau segar tanpa bercak penyakit, dan siswa mampu mengoperasikan QR code serta logbook digital secara mandiri. Program ini berhasil mengintegrasikan aspek sains (IPA), teknologi informasi (Informatika), dan kewirausahaan dalam satu kegiatan berbasis proyek yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini telah mendapat liputan media massa nasional dan menjadi model sekolah hijau pertanian digital yang potensial untuk direplikasi di sekolah lain. Abstract This community service aims to introduce a technology-based hydroponic cultivation system as an integrated learning medium and foster an entrepreneurial spirit among students at MTs Nahdhatul Muslimin, Denai Lama Village, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The identified issues include low student interest in agriculture, limited practical facilities, and insufficient digital literacy among teachers and students. The implementation method involves a participatory action approach with the following stages: needs assessment with partners, socialization of modern agriculture, practical training in simple hydroponic installations, use of QR codes for plant identification, digital logbook recording via Google Sheets, and entrepreneurship education and digital promotion. The activity was conducted on November 15, 2025, and involved ninth-grade students and supervising teachers. The results show that all hydroponic installations functioned properly; water spinach, mustard greens, and lettuce plants grew to an average height of 12–18 cm by the second week, with healthy green leaves free from disease spots, and students were able to independently operate QR codes and digital logbooks. This program successfully integrated aspects of science, information technology, and entrepreneurship into a single, sustainable project-based activity. The activity received national media coverage and became a model of a green school for digital agriculture, with the potential to be replicated in other schools.
