Background: Information technology has profoundly transformed education, reshaping how school guidance and counseling services are delivered. Social media platforms offer interactive communication channels between counselors and students; however, their empirical efficacy in optimizing information dissemination remains insufficiently documented. Objective: This study aims to examine the information service delivery model and determine the influence of utilizing a Facebook Fanpage on counseling information services at SMP Negeri 1 Gurah. Method: A quantitative correlational design was employed, involving 18 junior high school students selected from SMP Negeri 1 Gurah in 2022. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires, observation, and documentation techniques, followed by correlational statistical analysis to assess relationships. Result: The findings demonstrated that the implementation of Fanpage Counseling on Facebook exerted a statistically significant positive influence on the effectiveness and reach of school guidance and counseling information services. Students actively accessed counseling materials and engaged in communication via the platform. Conclusion: Utilizing Facebook Fanpages significantly enhances the delivery of guidance and counseling information, fostering greater student accessibility, communication responsiveness, and overall service engagement in secondary school environments. Originality/Value: This study provides novel empirical contributions to the field of technology-based guidance and counseling (cyber counseling) by uncovering the significant influence of utilizing Facebook Fanpages as an information service model regarding student engagement and service accessibility within the junior high school context, which has been underexplored in secondary education. These findings enrich empirical evidence and serve as a strategic reference for designing and implementing interactive digital counseling media and innovative school guidance programs.
