<![CDATA[Abstrak Filsafat dalam keperawatan menekankan pentingnya nilai moral, tanggung jawab, dan profesionalisme dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang aman, efektif, dan berpusat pada pasien. Early Warning Score (EWS) merupakan instrumen klinis krusial untuk mendeteksi dini tanda-tanda perburukan kondisi fisiologis pasien melalui pengukuran parameter vital. Kepatuhan perawat dalam pengisian EWS secara langsung mencerminkan penerapan nilai-nilai etika dan tanggung jawab profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kepatuhan perawat dalam pengisian EWS dan kaitannya dengan Length of Stay (LOS) pasien di ruang rawat inap penyakit dalam dan paru melalui pendekatan filsafat keperawatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang dikombinasikan dengan analisis konseptual berbasis pilar filosofi (ontologi, epistemologi, aksiologi). Hasil sintesis literatur menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan perawat yang tinggi dalam pengisian EWS berkorelasi kuat dengan intervensi medis yang lebih antisipatif, yang secara signifikan memperpendek LOS pasien. Implementasi EWS secara konsisten tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap efisiensi pelayanan, tetapi juga merupakan wujud nyata aplikasi teori caring (Jean Watson) dan profesionalisme klinis (Patricia Benner). Abstract Philosophy in nursing emphasizes the importance of moral values, responsibility, and professionalism in providing safe, effective, and patient-centered care. The Early Warning Score (EWS) is a crucial clinical instrument used to early detect signs of deterioration in a patient's physiological condition by measuring vital parameters. Nurses' compliance in completing the EWS directly reflects the application of ethical values and professional responsibility. This study aims to analyze the factors of nurses' compliance in completing the EWS and its relationship with the patient's Length of Stay (LOS) in internal medicine and pulmonary wards through a nursing philosophy approach. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with conceptual analysis based on philosophical pillars (ontology, epistemology, axiology). The literature synthesis results indicate that high nurse compliance in EWS completion correlates strongly with more anticipatory medical interventions, which significantly shortens the patient's LOS. Consistent implementation of EWS contributes not only to service efficiency but is also a concrete manifestation of caring theory (Jean Watson) and clinical professionalism (Patricia Benner). Moral, ethical, and professional values serve as an inseparable philosophical foundation in maintaining the quality of nursing care.
