ABSTRACT The electronics industry is part of the manufacturing industry which is a priority in the long term. The electronics industry sector has great opportunities in exports in Indonesia. The research objective was to determine the effect of foreign direct investment (FDI), labor, exchange rates, gross domestic product on the export performance of the Indonesian electronics industry. This study used quantitative analysis techniques with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The data used is data series. The results of the t-test are that there is a significant positive effect between the variable FDI and export performance, there is a significant negative effect of the labor variable on export performance, there is a significant positive effect of the exchange rate variable on export performance, and there is a significant positive effect of the gross domestic product variable on performance export. The results of the f-test on the independent variables, namely foreign direct investment (FDI), labor, exchange rates and gross domestic product have an influence of 91.4% on the dependent variable on the export performance of the Indonesian electronics industry, while the remaining 8.6% is explained by other variables which were not discussed in this study. Keyword : Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), labor, exchange rates, domestic product gross, export performance of the Indonesian electronics industry.
