Abstract

Islamic religious education plays a major role in addressing multidimensional crises and character building. Islamic religious education is believed to be able to build positive character and personality. The success of religious education contributes to the preparation of a generation with good ethics, morals, and behavior. However, without a good understanding, it is difficult for students to grow and develop in accordance with the expected values that are the objectives of existing learning. The research method used a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The results of the study show that the demonstration learning model emphasizes the simulation of events, rules, and sequences of activities, either directly or through other relevant media. This is believed to optimize students' understanding of Islamic Religious Education material, so that understanding Islamic values as a strong foundation can shape students' character optimally. The conclusion is that the demonstration learning model can be applied to all subjects, with the aim that students can be more actively involved in understanding and constructing their knowledge, so that understanding Islamic values as a strong foundation can shape the optimal character of students

Abstract

Early childhood education is an effort aimed at children from birth to six years of age, carried out through the provision of educational stimuli to assist physical and spiritual growth and development so that children are prepared to enter further education. For this reason, the instilling of Islamic values needs to be carried out from an early age so that it becomes a strong foundation in shaping the character of students. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The results showed that the contextual approach emphasized the involvement of students in understanding the material through direct experience, so that their understanding of Islamic values as a strong foundation for character building became more optimal. The contextual learning model can be applied to all subjects, with the aim of enabling students to be more actively involved in learning and constructing their knowledge independently, thereby optimising their understanding of Islamic values as a strong foundation for character building in early childhood

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is essential for responding to moral crises through the character building of the younger generation. However, the success of this process highly depends on the students' analytical skills, thus necessitating adequate learning innovations. This research utilizes a qualitative approach with a literature study method to examine the implementation of animated video media in improving students' analytical skills regarding PAI learning materials. The study shows that animated videos can present materials in a more engaging, interactive, and contextual manner. The use of this audio-visual media is proven to increase students' attention, motivation, and participation, thereby helping them analyze Islamic values more deeply. The implementation of animated videos serves as an effective pedagogical alternative in supporting the construction of students' knowledge. This improvement in analytical skills has become a crucial foundation for building strong character. Thus, animated videos function not only as a means of delivering material but also as an educative instrument for more meaningful PAI learning.
