Abstract

A web-based application for managing office supplies (ATK) inventory at Bank Mandiri, Commercial Banking 5 & 6, is designed to improve efficiency in real-time recording of incoming and outgoing items. Barcode technology is applied to minimize manual input errors, and automatic notifications are integrated to provide alerts when stock levels are low. The development method uses Rapid Application Development (RAD) due to its flexibility and fast iterations. This system supports decision-making based on more accurate data. Previous research has shown that the RAD method and similar technologies are effective in enhancing operational efficiency.

Abstract

The study focuses on designing a web-based cashier system to enhance efficiency in sales and inventory management at Intechcom, a computer and accessories retail store. Using Agile methodology, the study identified the need for automation in transaction recording, real-time stock updates, and integrated reporting. Key features include real-time transaction recording, inventory monitoring, and automated report generation. Initial trials demonstrated significant improvements in operational efficiency and data accuracy. This system is expected to reduce manual errors, improve customer experience, and increase Intechcom's market competitiveness.

The growing demand for laundry services necessitates the implementation of an integrated system to manage transactions effectively. The application is designed to facilitate various functions, including order processing, payment management, and customer record maintenance, thereby minimizing manual errors and reducing transaction times. By utilizing modern web technologies, the application provides an intuitive user interface that allows staff to navigate easily and perform tasks swiftly.
