The ability to memorize the Quran, particularly *Juz Amma*, is a crucial aspect of Islamic education in primary schools. However, students' memorization achievement is influenced by various factors, such as teaching methods, internal motivation, and family support. This study aimed to determine the influence of the Ummi method, motivation, and parental encouragement on the *Juz Amma* memorization ability of 6th-grade students at SDIT Fadhila Pekanbaru. The study employed a quantitative correlational approach with a field survey design. The sample consisted of 52 6th-grade students. Research instruments included scales for the Ummi Method (10 items, α = 0.637), Motivation (9 items, α = 0.615), Parental Encouragement (10 items, α = 0.759), and *Juz Amma* Memorization Ability (10 items, α = 0.652). The results revealed a significant positive relationship between the Ummi method (r = 0.496; p < 0.05), motivation (r = 0.459; p < 0.05), and parental encouragement (r = 0.365; p < 0.05) with *Juz Amma* memorization ability. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the three variables simultaneously contributed 36.2% to *Juz Amma* memorization ability (R² = 0.362; F(3,48) = 9.070; p < 0.005). Individually, the Ummi method exerted the greatest influence (β = 0.318; p < 0.05), followed by motivation (β = 0.278; p < 0.05), whereas parental encouragement did not show a significant individual influence (β = 0.208; p > 0.05). This study highlights the importance of implementing appropriate Quranic learning methods, boosting student motivation, and involving parents in supporting Quran memorization skills.
