Abstract

Kata kunci: Quintuple Helix, tenun ikat, ekonomi kreatif, analisis isi, Nusa Tenggara Timur   Abstract This study aims to analyze the synergy among actors within the Quintuple Helix framework—government, business, academia, community/media, and the environment—in news coverage of tenun ikat (traditional woven fabric) from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Indonesia, as a driver of production, economy, and creative business. A quantitative content analysis was conducted on 50 online news articles published between January 2021 and September 2025 by local and national media outlets. Data were coded using a binary scale (1 = presence of role; 0 = absence of role) to measure the visibility of each helix element. The findings reveal that government (96 %), community (94 %), and business (90 %) actors dominate the coverage, while academia (54 %) and the environment (24 %) remain underrepresented. The collaboration pattern tends to be top-down and ceremonial rather than innovation-oriented. These results highlight the need to strengthen the roles of academia and environmental actors through applied research, green innovation, and digital marketing integration. This study contributes to the growing literature on the Quintuple Helix innovation model in culture-based creative economies and introduces a novel methodological approach—media-based visibility mapping—to inform evidence-based regional creative economy policy. Abstract

This study delves into how financial literacy and the use of Fintech e-wallets shape the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Kupang City. Employing a quantitative approach with 75 respondents, this research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis to examine the influence of these two factors, both partially and simultaneously. The findings indicate that both financial literacy and the use of Fintech e-wallets have a positive impact on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Kupang City. These results provide crucial insights into the dynamics of consumption in the digital age and highlight the vital role of financial understanding and payment technology in shaping the spending habits of younger generations.
