The development of digital technology has changed interaction patterns, learning methods, and student behavior, thus presenting new challenges in moral formation in educational environments. This study aims to describe the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in building moral awareness in the digital era among students of Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak, as well as to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors and efforts to optimize the formation of students' moral character. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included: the principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. Data were analyzed using an interactive model including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in building students' moral awareness through the integration of Islamic values ??in the learning process, the role of teachers as role models (uswah hasanah), habituation of worship and religious culture, providing advice and strengthening character, utilizing digital media as an educational tool, and cooperation with parents in supervising the use of technology. This study concludes that the strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers who integrate Islamic values ??with the wise use of digital technology can increase students' moral awareness so that religious, responsible, disciplined, and ethical characters are formed in real life and in the digital space.
