Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Banking Facility Convenience, Lifestyle, and Satisfaction on the Use of QRIS as a digital payment method among the community in Kutacane, Southeast Aceh. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 100 respondents who used QRIS, and data were collected through questionnaires. The findings indicate that: (1) Banking Facility Convenience has a significant effect on the use of QRIS (B = 0.268; Sig. = 0.002); (2) Lifestyle also significantly affects the use of QRIS (B = 0.214; Sig. = 0.021); and (3) Satisfaction has the most dominant effect on the use of QRIS (B = 0.352; Sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence the use of QRIS, while the remaining variance is explained by other factors not examined in this study. It can be concluded that Banking Facility Convenience, Lifestyle, and Satisfaction have significant effects, both partially and simultaneously, on the use of QRIS.
