Abstract

Proses penerimaan beasiswa infaq di Madrasah Aliyah Ma’arif 9 Kotagajah masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan menimbulkan penilaian yang kurang objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan metode Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu proses seleksi penerima beasiswa agar lebih objektif, efisien, dan transparan. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari sistem yang telah ada dengan penambahan tampilan antarmuka (user interface) dan fitur cetak laporan, menggunakan metode pengembangan Incremental. Metode MFEP diterapkan melalui pembobotan tiga kriteria, yaitu Nilai Tahfidz Qur’an (bobot 0,35), Penghasilan Orang Tua (bobot 0,35), dan Catatan Poin Bimbingan Konseling/BK (bobot 0,30), kemudian dilakukan perhitungan nilai evaluasi dan nilai akhir untuk menentukan peringkat 20 siswa calon penerima beasiswa. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka di Madrasah Aliyah Ma’arif 9 Kotagajah. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan Nurmaliya dan Suci Rahmawati menempati peringkat teratas dengan nilai akhir 4,65, diikuti Fera Marvuana (4,30), serta Muhammad Ridwan Qoyyum, Habib Fajar R., dan Amelia Astuti pada peringkat berikutnya dengan nilai 3,95. Pengujian Black Box Testing terhadap sepuluh skenario fungsional menunjukkan seluruh fitur sistem mulai dari login, pengelolaan data, perhitungan MFEP, hingga cetak laporan berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem yang dibangun terbukti mampu membantu proses penentuan penerima beasiswa secara lebih objektif, efisien, dan tepat sasaran, serta mempermudah pengelolaan data dan penyusunan laporan hasil seleksi.

Abstract

Continuous monitoring of early childhood development is essential to ensure that children's cognitive, motor, language, social, religious, emotional, and artistic development progresses according to established developmental milestones. However, the monitoring and reporting process at PAUD KB Kenanga, Raman Fajar Village, is still conducted manually using conventional notebooks, resulting in inefficient data management, difficulties in retrieving historical records, delayed information delivery, and limited parental access to children's developmental progress. Therefore, this study aims to design, develop, and evaluate a web-based Early Childhood Development Monitoring and Reporting Information System using the Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) method. The study employed the WDLC approach consisting of planning, analysis, design and development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while system functionality was evaluated using Black Box Testing involving Administrator, Teacher, and Parent access levels. The results demonstrate that the developed system effectively supports administrators in managing developmental data, enables teachers to record and report children's developmental progress digitally, and allows parents to monitor their children's development in real time through an online portal. All 32 Black Box Testing scenarios produced valid results (100%), indicating that the system functions as expected. The implementation of the proposed system improves the effectiveness, accuracy, continuity, and accessibility of developmental monitoring while strengthening communication between PAUD KB Kenanga and parents through an integrated web-based platform.
