Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance public understanding and awareness of the importance of sporadic land registration in order to provide legal certainty of land ownership in Sindang Jaya Village. The main problem faced by the community is the lack of knowledge regarding land registration procedures, administrative requirements, and legal benefits, which may lead to land disputes. The method used in this activity is a participatory approach through Participatory Action Research (PAR), including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The activities were conducted through counseling, socialization, and interactive discussions. The results show a significant improvement in community understanding regarding procedures, requirements, and legal benefits of land registration. Furthermore, the program increased public awareness and encouraged proactive participation in registering land. This activity is proven effective in improving legal awareness and can be used as a reference model for similar community service programs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of Human-AI Collaboration and Digital Competence on Innovative Work Behavior through the mediating role of Creative Self-Efficacy among Generation Z employees. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 200 Generation Z employees who use digital technologies and have experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based applications in their work. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that Human-AI Collaboration and Digital Competence have positive and significant effects on both Creative Self-Efficacy and Innovative Work Behavior. Creative Self-Efficacy also has a positive and significant effect on Innovative Work Behavior. Furthermore, Creative Self-Efficacy partially mediates the relationships between Human-AI Collaboration and Digital Competence and Innovative Work Behavior. These findings demonstrate that AI utilization and digital competence are more effective in fostering innovative behavior when accompanied by strong creative self-beliefs. This study provides implications for organizations to strengthen digital competence, human-AI collaboration capabilities, and work environments that support creativity among Generation Z employees.
