Pendidikan kejuruan berperan penting dalam mencetak sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, termasuk di bidang Agribisnis Tanaman. Namun, proses pembelajaran di SMKN 1 Purwosari, khususnya pada mata pelajaran Dasar Agribisnis Tanaman, masih menghadapi berbagai kendala seperti rendahnya hasil belajar, kurangnya partisipasi aktif, serta lemahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pra-siklus, dari 35 peserta didik kelas X ATPH2, hanya 34% yang mencapai Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP). Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Model ini menekankan pada proses penyelidikan aktif, berpikir kritis, serta pembelajaran mandiri oleh peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar peserta didik dari pra-siklus ke siklus 1 (48%) dan dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 (15%), dengan ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 34% menjadi 97%. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik secara signifikan serta mendorong keterampilan berpikir kritis. Meskipun demikian, faktor internal individu tetap menjadi salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam proses pembelajaran. The Implementation of Guided Inquiry Learning Model to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Vocational High School Agribusiness Program Vocational education plays a vital role in preparing skilled human resources, particularly in the field of crop agribusiness. However, the learning process in the Basic Crop Agribusiness subject at SMKN 1 Purwosari still faces several challenges, including low student achievement, limited active participation, and a lack of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Preliminary observations showed that only 34% of students in class X ATPH2 met the Minimum Mastery Criteria. This condition led the researcher to conduct a Classroom Action Research (CAR) by implementing the guided inquiry learning model as an alternative instructional approach. Guided inquiry emphasizes student-centered learning through structured investigation, critical analysis, and independent problem-solving. The findings revealed a significant improvement in learning outcomes, with student mastery increased from 34% in the pre-cycle to 82% in cycle 1, and reaching 97% in cycle 2. The overall gain in student achievement from pre-cycle to cycle 2 was 26%. This study concludes that the application of the guided inquiry model has a positive impact on improving students' learning outcomes and critical thinking skills. Nevertheless, individual internal factors remain influential and should be considered in optimizing the learning process.
