Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Ini Dilaksanakan Untuk Menjawab Tantangan Pengelolaan Sampah Di Dusun Bolang, Desa Girimukti, Kabupaten Cianjur. Permasalahan Yang Dihadapi Warga Antara Lain Rendahnya Kesadaran Dalam Memilah Sampah, Kebiasaan Membuang Sampah Ke Aliran Sungai, Serta Tidak Optimalnya Pemanfaatan Alat Pencacah Organik Yang Tersedia. Dengan Pendekatan Partisipatif, Tim Pelaksana Merancang Solusi Terpadu Melalui Edukasi Lingkungan, Pemberdayaan Tokoh Masyarakat, Pelatihan Pengolahan Sampah Organik, Serta Pengembangan Sistem Insentif Digital Berbasis Aplikasi Mobile. Hasil Kegiatan Menunjukkan Adanya Peningkatan Keterlibatan Warga Dalam Pemilahan Sampah Dan Tingginya Antusiasme Terhadap Pelatihan Pengolahan Sampah Organik. Selain Itu, Prototipe Aplikasi Mobile Berhasil Dikembangkan Sebagai Sarana Pencatatan Partisipasi Sekaligus Pemberian Reward, Yang Mendorong Perubahan Perilaku Menuju Pengelolaan Sampah Berkelanjutan. Program Ini Mencapai Tingkat Kesiapan Teknologi (TKT) Level 2, Sehingga Konsep Yang Diusulkan Telah Tervalidasi Melalui Implementasi Di Lapangan. AbstractThis Community Service Program Aims To Empower A Group Of Female Artisans In Bojong Village, Cianjur This Community Service Program Was Designed To Address The Challenges Of Waste Management In Bolang Hamlet, Girimukti Village, Cianjur Regency. The Main Issues Identified Include Low Awareness Of Waste Separation, The Habit Of Disposing Waste Into Rivers, And The Non-Functioning Of The Available Organic Waste Shredder. Through A Participatory Approach, The Program Implemented An Integrated Solution Combining Environmental Education, Empowerment Of Local Leaders, Training In Organic Waste Processing, And The Development Of A Digital Incentive System Supported By A Mobile Application. The Outcomes Indicate Increased Community Involvement In Waste Separation And Strong Enthusiasm For Organic Waste Processing Training. Furthermore, A Prototype Mobile Application Was Successfully Developed To Record Participation And Provide Rewards, Thereby Encouraging Behavioral Change Toward More Sustainable Waste Management. The Program Achieved Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 2, Demonstrating The Validation Of The Proposed Concept In Real-World Practice
