Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direct influence of job satisfaction, affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment on turnover intention. Utilizing a quantitative approach and the SEM-PLS method, data were collected from 674 employee respondents of PT. Serikat Putra, Bukit Raja Plantation. The analysis results indicate that all four independent variables have a effect on turnover intention. This implies that higher levels of job satisfaction and employee commitment are associated with lower intentions to leave the organization. The study provides valuable insights for designing sustainable employee retention strategies.
