Abstract

Technological advancements can increase teacher stress, thereby diminishing teacher well-being and the quality of Indonesian language instruction at Ghayatul Anwar Madrasah. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach utilizing a "reflective circle" scheme based on Appreciative Inquiry (Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny). It involved six Indonesian language teachers at the madrasah, utilizing interviews and data reduction techniques for analysis. The findings reveal that the positive strengths lie in the teachers' enthusiasm for the national Indonesian language and their deep dedication to the school, fostering hopes for improved instruction and student achievement driven by strong linguistic proficiency. The "Design" phase involved recruiting specialized administrative staff a key intervention alongside competency training for teachers of Indonesian and other subjects. These measures aim to prevent teacher stress, promote teacher well-being, and ensure a high-quality Indonesian language learning process at Ghayatul Anwar Madrasah, Banuaju Barat.
