Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cikawao Village, RW 09, still operate conventionally without a clear business identity, marked by the absence of banners, QRIS, and registration on Google Maps, making these businesses less recognizable to potential customers. This study describes the branding strengthening strategy carried out through a Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) for four categories of MSMEs in Cikawao Village, RW 09 (grocery stores, vegetable vendors, doormat craftsmen, and children's clothing sellers) covering the creation of banners, provision of QRIS, and registration of business locations on Google Maps. Data were collected through direct interviews with six MSME owners targeted by the program and analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Before the program, none of the MSMEs had adequate business identities; the main obstacles were consumers' lack of awareness of the products sold and the absence of a cashless payment option. After the program, all MSMEs had banners, QRIS, and were registered on Google Maps, with owners expressing gratitude and positive feedback. This study concludes that the KKN program effectively helped village MSMEs strengthen their business identity and digital visibility, although its impact on revenue growth could not yet be measured quantitatively, a gap recommended for future similar programs.
