Abstract

Kecamatan Dau di Kabupaten Malang memiliki 21 pegawai yang terdiri dari 13 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan 8 Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT). Penilaian pegawai selama ini dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Proses perekapan skor untuk menentukan pegawai terbaik memerlukan waktu sekitar 126 menitdan rentan terjadi human error, seperti salah input data atau kesalahan dalam penghitungan skor. Menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan pembobotan Rank Order Centroid (ROC), penelitian ini berusaha untuk menciptakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web untuk menetukan pegawai terbaik di Kecamatan Dau. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu proses penentuan pegawai terbaik di Kecamatan Dau lebih objektifdan efisien. Evaluasi dalam sistem ini menggunakan enam kriteria utama, yaitu sikap, kinerja, komunikasi, kerjasama, loyalitas, dan absensi. Framework CodeIgniter digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini dengan basis data MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui metode blackbox testingdan hasilnya sesuai dengan skenario. Hasil output sistem juga dibandingkan dengan dengan perhitungan menggunakan Microsoft Excel menunjukkan keakuratan 99,99%. Halini dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan SAW dengan pembobotan ROC pada Microsoft Excel dan sistem sama-sama memperoleh rangking tertinggi dengan nilai 0,936 pada alternatif A2 dan nilai terendah 0,692 pada alternatif A9. Menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan akurasi penilaiandan efisiensi waktu pengolahan data yang jauh lebih cepat daripada menggunakan Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

The Personnel Information System (SI PAWANG) in Ngajum District was developed to make it easier to manage personnel data digitally. The aim of this research is to assess SI PAWANG using two methods, namely the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Heuristic Evaluation (HE). The SUS method is applied to measure user satisfaction through questionnaires distributed to employees who use the system. The evaluation results show that the SUS score for SI PAWANG is 69.85, which is included in the "C" (fair) category, and is in the "OK" category in the trait assessment. This value shows that the application is marginally acceptable in the acceptance range, with a percent rating in the range of 41 – 59. In addition, the Net Promoter Score (NPS) shows that the user is in the Passive category. DIA evaluation involves expert assessments to identify usability issues based on ten interface design principles. The HE results revealed the presence of several usability issues, with the majority categorized as “Minor Usability Issues,” indicating potential difficulties for users in using the system. Based on the results of the SUS and HE evaluation, improvements are needed in aspects identified as usability problems. The recommendations include improving the user interface, use of navigation, and providing more effective documentation and help to improve the user experience.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Mytelkomsel is a smartphone-based application that is used to meet the needs of Telkomsel customers. Telkomsel is one of the largest cellular telecommunications operators in Indonesia. In the digital era like today, many people use smartphone technology in carrying out their activities. This study aims to determine the performance or quality of information system service management used in the MyTelkomsel application by comparing the level of information technology maturity in the current condition (Current Maturity) and the expected condition (Expected Maturity). The results of this study are gap analysis and recommendations that can be used as an alternative in making improvements to the quality of information technology services. This information technology audit uses the ITIL Version 3 framework. The data was obtained through observation in the form of an online questionnaire with a total of 50 respondents. The conclusion is that the average maturity level score is 3.83 and is included in the Managed and Measurable category with a gap of 0.2. The maturity level value of 3.83 can be defined as a system that can measure and monitor existing procedures so that they are easily handled if deviations occur, and also the processes in the company have been carried out properly and consistently.
