Abstract

PLN (State Electricity Company) is in charge of providing stock of needs for the grouping of electrical power and classification for each region in Lhokseumawe City. The area that were grouped based on the amount of power consists of the four subdistricts, namely Banda Sakti, Blang Mangat, Muara Dua and Muara Satu, each of which is sourced from the village. The importance of clusters is to separate each data between data in the villages that will be input into sub-district data. Furthermore, the K-Means Clustering Classification was used in determining the grouping of electrical power needs in each region in the Lhokseumawe City where this system classify the electricity stock needs in each region categorized into a cluster. In this study, Clustering Classification of K-Means variables include job (V1), overall income (V2), house area (V3), number of rooms (V4), number of electronic equipment (V5) and total of power usage (V6). Results of grouping of C1 system = Subsidy R-1/450 VA, C2 = Subsidy R-1/900 VA, C3 = Non Subsidy R-1/900, C4 = Non Subsidy R-1/1300, C5 = Non Subsidy R- 1/2200 VA. The purpose of this study is to be able to predict the classification of each electric power requirement for each region based on the input data per district. This has an impact on the community and PLN's stock of electricity needs in order to remain stable. It is found out from the Clustering K-Means Classification that there is a new cluster for Banda Sakti. The last step in determining Clustering K- Means stopped at the the iteration 3 until the cluster is optimal. The results of this study are in the form of grouping of PLN Customers from each region displayed in the system in the form of classification of electrical power in each subdistrictdistrict. Furthermore, the grouping can be recommended to predict the power needs of each sub-district and belong to the cluster provided by the PLN.

Abstract

Abstrak Bandung merupakan salah satu kota terbesar di Indonesia yang memiliki beberapa situs bangunan bersejarah serta kawasan bekas hunian bangsa Belanda yang memiliki nilai sejarah tinggi, salah satunya adalah kawasan Gedung Sate. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu serta kemajuan teknologi, saat ini pada kawasan tersebut terdapat beberapa bangunan baru menggantikan bangunan lama. Keberadaan bangunan baru tersebut dapat dengan mudah dikenali dari perbedaan gaya arsitektur bangunannya. Bangunan baru cenderung tampil dengan gaya modern, berlantai banyak dan mengunakan struktur dan material yang berbeda dari bangunan – bangunan lama. Dengan menggunakan metoda deskriptif studi ini akan membahas beberapa kasus bangunan – bangunan baru di kawasan Gedung Sate. Ditemukan berbagai upaya adaptasi dari bangunan baru tersebut untuk dapat serasi dengan bangunan dan lingkungan Gedung Sate. Untuk mempertahankan keharmonisan lingkungan dan keselarasan bangunan baru diperlukan campur tangan pemerintah daerah agar kawasan Gedung Sate terjaga keharmonisannya sebagai salah satu kawasan konservasi di Bandung. Kata kunci: Adaptasi Bangunan, Kawasan Konservasi Gedung Sate, Gaya Arsitektur Bangunan Abstract Bandung is one of the largest cities in Indonesia that has several historic buildings as well as the site of the former residence of the Netherlands that has a high historical value, one of which was the Building of Satay. As time goes by as well as current technological advances, in the area there are several new buildings replaced the old building. The existence of these new buildings can be easily identified from the difference in the architectural style of the building. New buildings are likely to appear in a modern style, and use the many-floored structure and different materials of the building – the old building. By using descriptive method this study will discuss some cases buildings – new building come within the Sate Building. Found numerous adaptations of the new building to be in harmony with the environment and building houses of Sate. To preserve the harmony of the environment and the alignment of the new building required the intervention of local governments so that the Building itself came up as one of the keharmonisannya conservation area in Bandung. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a positive influence between Supervision with Employee Performance at the office of Regional Income Board of.East.Kutai.Regency.The population in this study is all employees who numbered as many as 20 people, considering the number taken relatively little then this research using census..method,..that..is..the..entire..population..made..as..respondents.Based on the description above, the analytical tool used in this research is Coefficient Correlation Product moment. From the calculation results indicate a significant influence between Supervision on Employee Performance at Regional Revenue Board of East Kutai Regency. This is based on the result of calculation which states that rhitung is bigger than rtabel that is 0,982> 0,561 for critical value at n = 20 with tariff significance = 0,01. For n = 20 then both variables have a..very..strong..relationship..level.After r arithmet obtained, then the authors conducted hypothesis testing using t test of the test results of this hypothesis, tcount of 22.058 while for keritis prices of ttable value is 2.552 which means that ttest> ttabel is 22.058> 2.552 with critical value n - 20 with a significance level of 0.01. Thus, It can be said that there is a very strong influence of the supervisory variable on employee performance variables at the Regional Income Board of East Kutai Regency.

Abstract

Ruas Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai merupakan salah satu jalan di Kota Palu yang termasuk dalam kategori status jalan Provinsi, yang terletak di Kecamatan Palu Selatan, dengan panjang jalan 2.430 m dan lebar jalur lalu lintas 11 m. Sebagai salah satu ruas jalan yang menghubungkan tempat-tempat vital misalnya pusat perbelanjaan, pendidikan dan kegiatan lainnya, dengan intensitas rata-rata kendaraan yang lewat jalan tersebut adalah kendaraan berat. Oleh sebab itu kondisi jalan tersebut akan cepat mengalami kerusakan akibat beban kendaraan. Dalam penelitian ini Metode Pd T-01-2002-B, Metode Manual Desain Perkerasan (MDP) dan Metode Nottingham digunakan dalam perencanaan tebal perkerasan baru. Data-data yang digunakan dalam perencanaan perkerasan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil perencanaan tebal perkerasan dengan umur rencana 20 tahun Metode Bina Marga Pd T-01-2002-B memperoleh nilai LHR sebesar 21.033.360,724 CESA dengan tebal perkerasan untuk tiap lapisan surface 11 cm, lapisan pondasi atas 20 cm, lapisan pondasi bawah 10 cm. Pada metode Manual Desain Perkerasan diperoleh nilai LHR sebesar 231.301.030,144 CESA dengan tebal perkerasan lapisan surface untuk AC-WC dengan tebal 5 cm dan AC-BC dengan tebal 28 cm, lapisan pondasi atas 15 cm, lapisan ponadsi bawah 15 cm. Metode Nottingham diperoleh nilai LHR sebesar 39.500.000 dengan tebal perkerasan lapisan suface 29,5 cm dan untuk lapis pondasi 20 cm. Dari ketiga metode yang digunakan dalam perencanaan tebal perkerasan lentur, metode yang menghasilkan tebal perkerasan yang lebih tipis adalah metode Pd T-01-2002-B.
