Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception, the physical evidence dimension, and the responsiveness dimension on customer satisfaction at Ah Pek Kopitiam, Depok. Methods: This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal design. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using a convenience sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression.
