Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Generative AI (LLMs), such as ChatGPT, on students' writing skills and academic integrity through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 15 relevant articles. The synthesis results reveal a significant duality effect, creating a dilemma between efficiency and quality. On one hand, LLMs are proven to be effective assistive co-pilots, which clearly enhance the technical efficiency of writing, accelerate the research workflow, and improve text cohesion and precision. However, this convenience triggers a substance quality crisis because students experience cognitive over-reliance, leading to Academic Deskilling the loss of the ability to independently practice critical reasoning and idea synthesis. This dependency is exacerbated by blind reliance on AI output and vulnerability to hallucinations that threaten the originality of the work. The consequence is a shift in the form of misconduct to the sophisticated practice of prompt engineering. To address these challenges, the literature emphasizes the necessity of pedagogical redesign and assessment redesign, which must focus on establishing ethics that ensure full transparency and accountability from students, and designing tasks that demand personal synthesis and reflective thinking.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital health technologies has encouraged the adoption of telemedicine as an innovative strategy to strengthen primary healthcare services. This study aims to analyze the integration of telemedicine in primary healthcare as a means to improve healthcare access and service quality in the digital era. A mixed-method research design was employed, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews, observations, and document analysis conducted in selected primary healthcare facilities. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, while qualitative data were examined through content and interpretative analysis. The results indicate that telemedicine integration significantly enhances healthcare access by reducing geographical barriers, travel time, and waiting periods, while also improving perceived service quality, efficiency, and continuity of care. Qualitative findings reveal that telemedicine supports better workload management and coordination among healthcare providers, although challenges such as digital literacy gaps, infrastructure limitations, and data security concerns remain. The discussion highlights telemedicine as a systemic enabler rather than a standalone technological intervention, emphasizing the importance of organizational readiness, provider competence, and supportive policy frameworks. This study contributes scientifically by extending digital health and primary healthcare integration literature and offers practical implications for policymakers and healthcare practitioners in developing sustainable and patient-centered telemedicine strategies.
