Program PPL UNNES merupakan program pendidikan yang diselenggarakan untuk mempersiapkan lulusan S1 kependidikan agar menguasai kompetensi guru secara utuh sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Kehadiran mahasiswa PPL di SMK Ibu kartini ditanggapi secara positif dan negatif. Secara keseluruhan diterima dengan baik namun masih ada kendala yang menjadi perhatian bagi guru pamong maupun guru lainnya yaitu masalah kedisiplinan, mahasiswa PPL sering terlambat datang ke sekolah dan kurang tertib dalam berpenampilan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 2 variabel yaitu variabel (X) Program PPL mahasiswa UNNES dan variabel (Y) Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar. Data penelitian diperoleh dari pemberian angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada keterkaitan program PPL terhadap KBM, dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis uji t diperoleh t-hitung > t-tabel disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak berarti terdapat pengaruh positif program PPL mahasiswa UNNES terhadap Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar siswa di sekolah, besar pengaruh adalah 84,4%. Kesimpulannya, kehadiran mahasiswa PPL di sekolah latihan secara keseluruhan memiliki kriteria baik, artinya semakin baik program PPL yang dijalankan semakin baik pula proses KBMnya. Saran yang dapat diajukan adalah bahwa Kepala Sekolah, guru pamong maupun Dosen pembimbing harus bisa membimbing mahasiswa PPL untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan mahasiswa PPL, perlu adanya aturan yang spesifik untuk mengatur penampilan mahasiswa PPL di sekolah latihan.Field Praktice of Experiens Program of UNNES is an educational program which is held to prepare S1 graduation in order to fully mastery teacher’s competence based on Education Nationality Standard. The existance of PPL students aprentice at SMK Ibu Kartini is received possitively and negatively. Totality it’s received very well, but still there is a problem for teachers that is a discipline. The student apprentice often come late to the school and they don’t have a good appearance. The research uses quantitatif approach with 2 variables, that are X variable (Student apprentice of PPL UNNES program) and Y variable (Teachng and learning activity). The data of this receard is gotten from giving questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data analyse technique used is t test and simple regression analyze the result of this research shows that there is an influence of PPL program to Teaching and Learning activity. It can be seen from the analize result of t test; t- counfing > t- table can be concluded that Ho is rejetpul, it means there is a possitive influence of students apprentice of UNNES to KBM at this school, big impact is 84,4% the conclusion is that the existence of studens apprentice of PPL at this school totally have a good criterion, of means this program will be as good as the process of KBM. The suggestion for the headmaste, teacher and also the lecturer are they have to guide the students apprentice to increase their discipline and they need specifik regulation to settle their appearance at training school.
