Abstract

AbstrakAutomated Teller Machine (ATM) saat ini memegang peranan penting. Sebagai mesin yang menjalankan peran perbankan, ATM diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah untuk melakukan transaksi perbankan. Namun, prosedur dan transaksi di tampilan menu ATM bervariasi untuk masing-masing bank. Selain meletakkan menu yang berbeda, warna menu masing-masing bank berbeda. Tentunya hal ini akan menyulitkan nasabah yang memiliki nomor rekening di bank yang ingin melakukan transaksi di beberapa bank dengan interval yang berdekatan.Penelitian ini akan menunjukkan hubungan antara kenyamanan, kenyamanan, desain menarik dengan kenyamanan pelanggan menggunakan menu ATM. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS untuk aplikasi pengolahan data.Kata kunci: Fitur, Menu Antarmuka, Automated Teller Machine, nasabah  AbstractAutomated Teller Machine (ATM) currently play an important role. As the machine running the role of banking, ATM is expected to meet the needs of customers to perform banking transactions. However, procedures and transactions in the ATM menu display vary for each bank. In addition to laying a different menu, the color of the menu each bank is different. Obviously this will make it difficult for customers who have an account number at a bank that wants to conduct transactions in several banks with adjacent intervals.This research will show the correlation between comfort, convenience, attractive design with the convenience of customers using the ATM menu. Abstract

Pamardi Yuwana Bhakti (PYB) is a school owned by the Foundation and has schools ranging from playgroups to junior high schools. This school was founded in 1983 and has approximately 50 teachers, classes and by 2020 the Pamardi school will graduate more than 1000 students. Learning that is introduced to students, like learning in general, is conventional in the sense of being face-to-face. The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the whole world has an impact on all human life, as well as the world of education. The pandemic caused by the coronavirus has hampered learning activities in schools which usually take place face-to-face. The pandemic that is also felt by the teachers at PYB schools requires them to quickly adapt and learn to use technology in managing learning activities, learning tools like Quizizz or Kahoot, etc. Currently, it is done in a conventional way, it has to change due to the impact of COVID-19 because learning activities must be carried out remotely since March 2020. Activities are carried out by means of workshops using school laboratories and teacher laptops so that teachers can immediately try and use the application
