Abstract

The advancement of digital technology presents great opportunities for business actors to enhance their competitiveness through more efficient marketing strategies. This study aims to implement the Business to Business (B2B) model in the marketing of traditional herbal products by Jamu Dapoer Niswah using the Laravel Framework and the Agile method. The system developed is a web-based platform with core features such as business partner registration, product catalog, ordering, order tracking, and contract management. The Agile method was chosen for its flexibility in responding to changing user needs through iterative development. This study adopts an iterative approach consisting of planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance stages. The implementation results show that the system is capable of accelerating the ordering process, improving transaction accuracy, and expanding the partner market reach. System testing was conducted using the black-box method and showed that all features function as intended. With this system, the marketing and distribution processes of herbal products can be carried out in a more structured and efficient manner, accessible to business partners at any time. This system is expected to become a digital solution that supports B2B marketing transformation in the traditional business sector.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong guru sekolah dasar untuk mampu mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan interaktif. Namun, pemanfaatan Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran masih belum optimal karena keterbatasan keterampilan guru. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan 24 guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kota Medan sebagai mitra kegiatan dalam memanfaatkan AI generatif untuk pengembangan video pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif berbasis praktik melalui tahapan pelatihan, pendampingan, praktik pembuatan video, serta evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui pre-test, post-test, observasi, dan dokumentasi produk, dengan indikator keberhasilan berupa persentase peningkatan skor pre-test dan post-test. Pelatihan memanfaatkan berbagai tools AI generatif untuk membantu proses penyusunan naskah, pembuatan aset digital, narasi, animasi, dan perakitan video. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dengan kenaikan akurasi kelas dari 27% pada pre-test menjadi 71% pada post-test. Selain itu, peserta berhasil menghasilkan produk awal video pembelajaran berbasis AI. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan AI generatif mampu meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital yang kreatif dan inovatif.Abstract: The advancement of digital technology encourages elementary school teachers to develop creative and interactive learning media. However, the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in creating learning media remains suboptimal due to teachers' limited skills. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of 24 public elementary school teachers in Medan City as partners in utilizing generative AI for developing instructional videos. The implementation method used a practice-based participatory approach through stages of training, mentoring, video-making practice, and evaluation, which was conducted through pre-test, post-test, observation, and product documentation, with the success indicator being the percentage increase in pre-test and post-test scores. The training utilized various generative AI tools to assist the process of script writing, digital asset creation, narration, animation, and video assembly. The evaluation results showed an improvement in participants' understanding, with class accuracy increasing from 27% in the pre-test to 71% in the post-test. In addition, participants successfully produced initial learning video products based on AI. This activity demonstrates that generative AI training can enhance teachers' competence in developing creative and innovative digital learning media.
