Abstract

The need for innovative and effective learning media continues to grow along with the rapid development of information technology and the limited access students have to direct practice with CNC machines. This study aims to develop microlearning video media using the Canva application to support learning in the basic programming material of CNC TU-3A machines. The media was developed using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), resulting in short-duration instructional videos of 2–5 minutes per topic that can be accessed flexibly by students. Validation was conducted by subject matter experts and media experts, with readability testing by a small group of three students, and a feasibility test involving 32 students. The feasibility test results showed a score of 100% from content and media validation, 96% from the readability test, and 88% from the student feasibility test. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the developed media is categorized as “Very Feasible” for use in the learning process.
