Abstract

IMPROVING STUDENTS' UNDERSTANDING OF AKIDAH AKHLAK THROUGH WORDWALL DIGITAL LEARNING MEDIA The use of digital learning media has become an important strategy for improving the quality of instruction, particularly in Akidah Akhlak learning, which is often still dominated by conventional teaching methods. This study aimed to examine the effect of Wordwall as a digital learning medium on tenth-grade students’ understanding of Akidah Akhlak at MA Silahul Ulum Trangkil Pati. A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental method with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample involved 46 students, consisting of 22 students in the experimental class and 24 students in the control class. Data were collected through essay tests administered before and after the treatment and were analyzed using N-Gain, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and the Mann-Whitney U test. The results showed that the experimental class obtained an average N-Gain score of 42.87%, which was higher than the control class score of 23.86%. The Mann-Whitney U test produced a significance value of 0.000, which was below 0.05, indicating that Wordwall had a significant effect on students’ understanding. These findings suggest that Wordwall can serve as an interactive and engaging digital learning medium that enhances student participation and supports conceptual understanding in Akidah Akhlak learning.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ON PROPOSAL BEHAVIOR OF BOARDING SCHOOL STUDENTS AT MTs NEGERI 1 PATI This study aims to describe students’ emotional intelligence and prosocial behavior and to examine the influence of emotional intelligence on prosocial behavior among boarding school students at MTs Negeri 1 Pati. The study is grounded in the boarding school context, where students are required to engage in continuous social interaction throughout the day. In such an environment, the ability to recognize, understand, and regulate emotions becomes an essential foundation for developing positive social behavior. This research employed a quantitative approach involving 54 students from grades VII and VIII. Data were collected using psychological scales and analyzed through descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The findings indicate that students’ emotional intelligence was in the good category, with an average score of 49.68. Self-motivation appeared as the strongest indicator, while emotional regulation remained an aspect that needed further improvement. Students’ prosocial behavior was also categorized as good, with an average score of 50.41, particularly reflected in their obedience to religious and social norms. The hypothesis test revealed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on prosocial behavior, contributing 44% to its development. Therefore, higher emotional intelligence is associated with stronger prosocial behavior among students in the boarding school environment.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF RELIGIOUS DIGITAL LITERACY ON MODERATE ATTITUDES OF GRADE XI STUDENTS OF SMA N 1 JUWANA This study aims to analyze the influence of religious digital literacy on the moderate attitudes of eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Juwana. The development of information technology and digital media has affected the way students acquire religious knowledge, making good digital literacy skills necessary so that students are filter information critically and wisely. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population consisted of all eleventh-grade students, while the sample was determined using a random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires regarding the level of religious digital literacy and students’ moderate attitudes. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test to determine the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results indicate that religious digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on students’ moderate attitudes. The higher the level of religious digital literacy possessed by students, the higher the moderate attitude reflected in behaviors of tolerance, openness, and the ability to appreciate differences. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening religious digital literacy in the school environment as an effort to shape students’ moderate and adaptive character in the digital era.
