<![CDATA[The rapid development of digital payment systems has accelerated the digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One of the key innovations in Indonesia is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which enables businesses to conduct integrated and efficient cashless transactions. This study aims to examine the determinants of QRIS adoption and its impact on MSME performance from a digital transformation perspective. A quantitative approach was employed using survey data collected from MSME owners who utilize digital payment systems. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that perceived usefulness, trust, social influence, and facilitating conditions significantly influence QRIS adoption. Furthermore, QRIS adoption has a significant positive effect on MSME performance, indicating that digital payment utilization improves transaction efficiency, financial management, and overall business productivity. These findings highlight the important role of digital payment adoption in supporting the digital transformation and competitiveness of MSMEs. The study contributes to the literature by integrating technology adoption factors with MSME performance outcomes in the context of digital financial innovation. Practically, the results provide insights for policymakers and financial technology providers to strengthen digital payment infrastructure and promote wider adoption of QRIS among MSMEs. ]]>
