Abstract

Abstract: In the modern industrial era, corporations often face the challenge of fragmented information flow between front-end and back-end operations, where manual processes lead to inaccurate stock data and the risk of overselling across omnichannel channels. This community service activity aims to address information asymmetry and operational inefficiencies in a corporate subsidiary in Jakarta through digital transformation, while comprehensively improving the capacity of partner human resources, both in terms of hard skills (technical software navigation) and soft skills (adaptability and mitigating culture shock). The implementation method used is a mixed method, combining interactive workshop-based training and direct technical assistance. The implementation of this method is carried out through three stages: initial observation (gap analysis), Business Process Reengineering (BPR) design and integration of the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and monitoring. The assistance focused on 15 key staff in the Point of Sale (POS), Inventory, and Sales divisions. The evaluation system for this activity was measured using two instruments: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the system and pre-test/post-test observations for user capacity. The program's success was measured by achieving perfect automatic stock-cutting accuracy and measurable staff skill improvements. The evaluation results demonstrated a 100% success rate in real-time data synchronization without any malfunctions. Furthermore, a 90% increase in staff hard skills in managing digital bookkeeping independently was recorded, with soft skills adaptations among senior staff successfully addressed through visual operational guidance.
