<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat usability aplikasi Siap Tanjak pada BAPPEDA Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Evaluasi usability dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemudahan penggunaan, efektivitas, dan penerimaan sistem oleh pengguna. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner SUS kepada 30 responden yang merupakan pengguna Siap Tanjak. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Siap Tanjak memperoleh nilai rata-rata skor SUS sebesar 83,00, yang berada di atas nilai rata-rata standar SUS. Berdasarkan interpretasi skor SUS, aplikasi ini termasuk dalam kategori Acceptable pada Acceptability Range, memperoleh Grade B pada Grade Scale, serta berada pada kategori Good pada Adjective Rating. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Siap Tanjak memiliki tingkat usability yang baik, mudah digunakan, mudah dipahami, serta mampu mendukung aktivitas pengelolaan dan penyampaian informasi terkait program Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL). Meskipun demikian, beberapa aspek masih perlu ditingkatkan, terutama pada kemudahan penggunaan fitur tertentu, konsistensi antarmuka, dan penyediaan panduan penggunaan guna meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna secara keseluruhan. This study aims to analyze the usability level of the Siap Tanjak application at BAPPEDA (Regional Development Planning Agency) of South Sumatra Province using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The usability evaluation was conducted to determine the level of ease of use, effectiveness, and user acceptance of the system. Research data were obtained through the distribution of SUS questionnaires to 30 respondents who were users of Siap Tanjak. The measurement results show that the Siap Tanjak application obtained an average SUS score of 83.00, which is above the standard SUS mean value. Based on the interpretation of the SUS score, this application falls into the Acceptable category on the Acceptability Range, receives a Grade B on the Grade Scale, and is in the Good category on the Adjective Rating. These results indicate that Siap Tanjak has a good level of usability, is easy to use, easy to understand, and is able to support activities related to the management and delivery of information regarding the Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) program. Nevertheless, several aspects still need improvement, particularly regarding the ease of use of certain features, interface consistency, and the provision of user guides to enhance the overall user experience.]]>
