This study aims to determine the pattern of group communication in building youth solidarity within the Kanda Gank community in Sidoluhur Village. The focus of this research is directed toward the role of the group leader, the decision-making process, internal conflicts, and group cohesiveness in strengthening solidarity among community members. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the community leader and several active members of the Kanda Gank community selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis used the interactive model of Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the group communication pattern within the Kanda Gank community is open, democratic, and participatory. The group leader plays an important role as a communication director, activity coordinator, and mediator in resolving conflicts among members. The decision-making process is carried out through collective deliberation, allowing members to feel appreciated and responsible for the group. Internal conflicts generally arise due to differences in opinions and communication misunderstandings, but these conflicts can be resolved through direct discussion and communication. Group cohesiveness and solidarity are reflected in the high participation of members in various community activities and the existence of family-like relationships among members. Therefore, group communication becomes an important factor in building youth solidarity within the Kanda Gank community in Sidoluhur Village.
