Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly transformed communication patterns within organizations. Communication, which was previously dominated by face-to-face interaction, has now shifted toward the use of digital media such as email, messaging applications, social media, and video conferencing platforms. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of organizational communication in the digital era and its impact on coordination, collaboration, and organizational work effectiveness. This study employed a qualitative approach using a literature review method by examining various books, scientific journals, and articles related to organizational communication and digital transformation. The findings indicate that digital technology accelerates information flow, enhances communication flexibility, strengthens work coordination, and supports collaboration among organizational members regardless of time and location constraints. However, digital communication also creates challenges such as message misinterpretation, information overload, and data security risks. Therefore, organizations need to implement effective communication strategies and maintain digital communication ethics to achieve organizational goals optimally
