Abstract

Character education is an important part of the Indonesian education system, designed to cultivate students with good character and prepare them to face global challenges. This study examines the theoretical concepts, problems, and solutions in the implementation of economic education, especially in early education. The method used is a literature review using descriptive-situational methods, gathering information from various sources, including journals, books, and related policy documents. The results of the study show that the main problems are related to the lack of understanding of the teachers in the theory of economic education, the power of educational direction, and the power of international values ​​that may be against local values. Suggested solutions include strengthening the role of teachers as role models, increasing collaboration between schools and parents, and adapting educational resources to local cultures. Through continuous collaboration between schools, families, and communities, value education is expected to produce a generation of integrity and good character.
