Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed social interaction patterns and students' character formation. On the one hand, digital technology provides easier access to information and expands learning opportunities; on the other hand, it creates various moral challenges, including cyberbullying, hate speech, misinformation, unethical communication, and declining social awareness. These conditions highlight the importance of strengthening character education based on national values. This study aims to analyze the role of Pancasila Education in shaping students' morality in the digital era and to identify strategies for implementing Pancasila values in students' digital lives. This research employs a qualitative approach through a library research method. Data were collected from scientific books, journal articles, and policy documents related to Pancasila Education and digital morality. The findings indicate that Pancasila Education plays a strategic role as an ethical foundation in fostering students' moral awareness through the internalization of religious, humanitarian, national unity, democratic, and social justice values. These values function as a filter against the negative impacts of digital technology. Contextual, integrative, and digital literacy-based implementation of Pancasila Education has proven effective in strengthening students' character and moral resilience in facing digital-era challenges. Therefore, Pancasila Education should continue to be developed through innovative learning approaches that are relevant to the characteristics of the digital generation in order to produce intelligent, responsible, and morally grounded citizens.
