Abstract

Bullying remains one of the most common problems in elementary schools and negatively affects students' academic achievement, mental health, and social development. Teachers play a central role in preventing bullying by creating a safe, inclusive, and character-based learning environment. This study aims to describe classroom teachers' strategies in preventing bullying through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method by reviewing books, scientific journals, government regulations, and other relevant sources. The findings indicate that integrating P5 values into classroom learning and school activities helps develop empathy, cooperation, tolerance, mutual respect, responsibility, and peaceful conflict resolution among students. Consequently, the implementation of P5 can reduce bullying behavior and foster a positive school culture. Therefore, collaboration among teachers, school leaders, parents, and the community is essential for the successful implementation of bullying prevention programs in elementary schools.
