This study aims to analyze the concept, urgency, and transformation of digital-empathic multicultural guidance and counseling services in improving multicultural awareness and psychological well-being of students in the Society 5.0 era. This study employed a qualitative approach with library research. Data were obtained through a review of various literature sources, such as books, scientific journals, research articles, and academic documents relevant to the topic of multicultural guidance and counseling. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis, which systematically included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that multicultural guidance and counseling play a crucial role in creating an inclusive, humanistic educational environment that respects students' cultural diversity. Low cultural sensitivity, discrimination, social stereotypes, and increased cyberbullying are factors that impact students' psychological well-being in multicultural environments. Transforming digital-empathic guidance and counseling services is a relevant solution in addressing technological developments and social dynamics in the Society 5.0 era. This approach can increase access to counseling services while strengthening students' empathy, tolerance, and multicultural awareness. Furthermore, the implementation of multicultural guidance and counseling requires strengthening counselor competencies, support from the school environment, and collaboration from all educational components to create a harmonious educational culture free from discrimination. Therefore, multicultural guidance and counseling services are expected to optimally support students' academic, social, and psychological development.
