<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of entrepreneurship-based Social Studies (IPS) learning in improving students’ independence. Social Studies learning plays a strategic role in developing students’ character and life skills, particularly independence, which is essential in facing social and economic challenges. This research employed a qualitative approach using a literature study method. Data were collected from national and international journal articles published within the last ten years that are relevant to entrepreneurship-based learning, Social Studies education, and students’ independence. The data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the research focus. The findings indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurship-based Social Studies learning can be effectively carried out through contextual learning strategies, project-based learning, and problem-based learning. These learning activities encourage students to actively participate in identifying social and economic problems, making decisions, managing resources, and taking responsibility for their learning processes and outcomes. As a result, students demonstrate increased independence, creativity, and self-confidence in learning. In conclusion, entrepreneurship-based Social Studies learning has a positive impact on enhancing students’ independence and can be used as an alternative learning strategy to support the achievement of Social Studies learning objectives in schools.]]>
