Abstract

Organizational culture becomes an identity of a company. A good culture will have a positive impact on employee performance. This also applies when there is high employee motivation within a company. High employee motivation leads to improved employee performance. This research involved all 80 employees of PT Crea Cipta Cemerlang by distributing questionnaires to them. The sampling technique used was the study population, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 16.0 with the multiple linear regression method. The results show that organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. Organizational culture and work motivation also have a partial influence on performance. Organizational culture is a more dominant variable influencing employee performance compared to the motivation variable

Abstract

Transformative leadership is a promising paradigm for developing creative human resources. Effective leadership needs to provide direction to all employees in an effort to achieve organizational goals. Transformational leadership plays a crucial role in improving employee performance, it is proven that leaders who have a high transformational attitude will provide a positive example to their employees. This study aims to develop a conceptual theory of transformational leadership as a foundational framework for the development of creative human resources within organizations. This study conducts a comprehensive analysis of various leadership styles, including transformational, transactional, and charismatic leadership, along with the concepts of innovation and creativity. The findings of the study demonstrate that transformational leadership plays a pivotal role in fostering creativity among human resources by emphasizing credibility and the cultivation of novel and unique ideas

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the potential impact of the principal’s leadership style on organizational culture at SMA Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi. Participants in this research consisted of all 47 teachers at the school, with data collected through questionnaires and documentation. To ensure the accuracy and precision of analysis, use the SPSS application for data analysis. The findings of this research show that there is a significant relationship between the principal’s leadership style and organizational culture, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient and significance value (sig) of less than 0.05. The t test further confirms the significance of the coefficient thereby providing further evidence of a significant relationship between the principal’s leadership style and organizational culture at SMA Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi. In conclusion, this research emphasizes the important and noteworthy role of leadership style in shaping organizational culture. The uniqueness of this research lies in confirming the influence of leadership style on organizational culture at SMA 3 Muaro Jambi, thereby contributing to a deeper understanding in the educational institutional context

Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of communities and organizations. In the Islamic context, leadership is seen as more than just a managerial responsibility; it touches on a deep spiritual and ethical dimension. This article explores the discourse on leadership in a variety of viewpoints, including politics, economics, and the ideologies of capitalism and socialism. This article specifically focuses its study on the perspective of Islamic leadership, by elaborating the verses of the Qur'an thematically. The author argues that the teachings of Islam play a strategic role in shaping the ideals of Justice, benefit, and truth. Leadership based on Shari'ah is believed to prevent leaders from personal or group interests that undermine commitment to truth and Justice, which will ultimately bring benefits to the community they lead. This research reinforces the understanding of the concept of leadership in Islam and serves as a guide for individuals who exercise leadership roles in Muslim societies. Muhammad, in Leadership in Islam: a Comprehensive Guide, emphasizes that it is important to integrate Islamic principles with good leadership practices, so
