<![CDATA[Penelitian ini berfokus untuk meninjau bagaimana tanggung jawab pelaku usaha terhadap higienitas makanan anak sekolah di sekolah dasar no 64 sungai raya dalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen Nomor 8 Tahun 1999, Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023, dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 1098/Menkes/VII/2003 Pasal 9 .dengan penelitian ini, penulis juga akan mencari bagaimana pelaku usaha menjaga higienitas makanan yang khusus nya di tingkat sekolah dasar agar anak anak sekolah tetap sehat . Penelitian ini bersifat normatif-empiris dan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif serta menyajikan hasil penelitian dengan analisis deskriptif. Penulis akan menggali dan meninjau sejauh mana tanggung jawab pelaku usaha terhadap higinitas makanan ini adanya perlindungan hukum dalam Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen Nomor 8 Tahun 1999, Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023, dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 1098/Menkes/VII/2003 Pasal 9 sungai raya dalam. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa tanggung jawab pelaku usaha yang berlaku di Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen Nomor 8 Tahun 1999, Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023, dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 1098/Menkes/VII/2003 Pasal 9 dalam bentuk tanggung jawab memastikan makanan yang mereka sajikan sehat, aman, dan layak dikonsumsi serta menjaga kebersihan bahan baku, proses pengolahan, penyajian, serta lingkungan sekolahan. This study focuses on reviewing the responsibility of business actors for the food hygiene of schoolchildren at Elementary School No. 64 Sungai Raya, as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Law Number 8 of 1999, Law Number 17 of 2023, and Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 1098/Menkes/VII/2003 Article 9. Through this study, the author will also explore how business actors maintain food hygiene, especially at the elementary school level, to ensure the health of schoolchildren. This research is normative-empirical in nature, using qualitative research methods and presenting research results with descriptive analysis. The author will explore and review the extent of business actors' responsibility for food hygiene, including legal protection under the Consumer Protection Law Number 8 of 1999, Law Number 17 of 2023, and Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 1098/Menkes/VII/2003 Article 9 Sungai Raya Dalam. The research results obtained that the responsibilities of business actors in Indonesia are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law Number 8 of 1999, Law Number 17 of 2023, and Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 1098/Menkes/VII/2003 Article 9 in the form of responsibility to ensure that the food they serve is healthy, safe, and suitable for consumption as well as maintaining the cleanliness of raw materials, processing, serving, and the school environment.
