Abstract

The White Bird Dance is a story of farmers who are harvesting rice but are damaged by White Birds. The bird is a pest for farmers, especially rice farmers, because the bird damages the rice before the farmers harvest it, the music accompanying the dance is the Talang Ojan Arts Group, this group is a late generation group that currently still exists in Talang Ojan Village, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, the music performed is poetic and has a Malay rhythm, with small gong instruments and drums as rhythm guides. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Form of Presentation of White Bird Dance Music by the Talang Ojan Arts Group of Pali Regency, with a subfocus on analyzing the form of dance music structure of White Bird Dance Music.The stages of data collection in this study include (1) Observation, (2) Interview, (3) Documentation. And the research data validity stage uses, and the stages of analyzing this research data include (1) Data Reduction, (2) Data Presentation, (3) Conclusion. From the research, the results found that each song in the White Bird Dance Music has a part of its structure, namely the existence of one melodic phrase with a repeating period, the question phrase from the vocal rhythm and the answer phrase from the violin, each of these structures is always repeated in the next section only the song text is different.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai penciptaan skenario film Aforisme menggunakan Struktur Dramatik. Film “Aforisme” mengangkat cerita tentang seorang remaja yang terkena pelecehan seksual sekaligus perundungan yang terjadi di media sosial. Struktur dramatik diterapkan bertujuan untuk memberikan konflik drama yang tersusun rapi sehingga dapat membangun emosional karakter dan membangun konflik dengan baik. Teori dramatik yang digunakan William Henry Hudson yang menjabarkan atas lima tahapan yaitu eksposisi, insiden permulaan, pertumbuhan laku, klimaks atau titik balik, penyelesaian atau penurunan laku dan Catastrophe. Pada film “Aforisme” menggunakan struktur dramatik untuk memainkan emosional penonton dan membuat penonton ikut dalam keterlibatan dramatisasi yang didukung oleh banyaknya konflik yang dibuat. Hasil realisasi teknik struktur dramatik yang terdiri dari eksposisi dari scene 1, insiden permulaan scene 2- 6, pertumbuhan laku scene 7, klimaks atau titik balik scene 10-12, penyelesaian scene 14-15, dan catastrophe scene 20-22 sehingga menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam penciptaan film “Aforisme”.

Abstract

Pemeliharaan fasilitas perkeretaapian milik negara khususnya fasilitas Lokomotif CC 300 di pusat perawatan perkeretaapian membutuhkan alur perawatan dan petunjuk yang jelas agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dan kebingungan saat melakukan perawatan yang dapat mengakibatkan keandalan Lokomotif CC 300. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka fasilitas Lokomotif CC 300 menemukan kendala yaitu belum adanya standar operasional prosedur untuk Lokomotif CC 300. Penelitian ini menghasilkan standar operasional prosedur pemeliharaan harian dan bulanan pada fasilitas Lokomotif CC 300 untuk memberikan pedoman dan petunjuk tertulis bagi perawatan harian dan bulanan, serta memperjelas tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing pihak yang terlibat dalam perawatan Lokomotif CC 300.

Abstract

Introduction: Sexual violence in Indonesia continues to increase, indicating serious challenges in the protection and fulfilment of human rights. Although sexual violence is internationally recognised as a grave violation of human rights under the Rome Statute of 1998, the provisions of the former Criminal Code were inadequate to address its complex and diverse forms, thereby necessitating comprehensive legal reform. Purposes of the Research: This study aims to analyse the legal politics of the Sexual Violence Crimes Act by examining the political configuration underlying its formation and its relevance to the fulfilment of human rights. Methods of the Research: This study uses normative legal research with secondary data based on literature studies and qualitative analysis, combining a legislative and conceptual approach as well as legal policy analysis. Results Main Findings of the Research: The study finds that the Sexual Violence Crimes Act was shaped by a democratic political configuration that enabled strong public participation, resulting in a responsive and victim-oriented legal framework. This research contributes by demonstrating a direct link between political configuration and the law’s effectiveness in fulfilling human rights, positioning the Sexual Violence Crimes Act as a transformative, human rights-based legal reform in Indonesia.
