<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the local wisdom values embedded in the architecture of the traditional houses of Sade Village and to examine their role in shaping patriotism and civic character among the community. The study employed a qualitative approach with an ethnographic design conducted in Sade Traditional Village, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving traditional leaders, community members, and young generations selected purposively. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that the architecture of Sade traditional houses embodies the values of togetherness, mutual cooperation, deliberation, collective responsibility, respect for ancestral heritage, cultural identity, and harmony with the environment. Patriotism is constructed through the preservation of traditional houses, intergenerational cultural transmission, community participation in customary activities, and the interpretation of traditional houses as symbols of cultural and national identity. These values contribute to the development of civic character, including a sense of belonging to the nation, social responsibility, social participation, solidarity, environmental awareness, and tolerance. The findings confirm that the local wisdom embedded in traditional house architecture serves an educational function as a culture-based source of civic learning to strengthen patriotism and national identity in a sustainable manner.]]>
