Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu cepat saat ini memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap efisiensi pengelolaan di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. SMP Seruni Putih sebagai lembaga pendidikan masih menghadapi tantangan administratif dalam pengelolaan data pendaftaran siswa dan distribusi informasi sekolah yang belum terintegrasi secara digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi administrasi serta profil sekolah berbasis web yang akan mempermudah akses informasi dan sekaligus meningkatkan proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) secara daring. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem ini adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang terdiri dari tiga tahap utama: perencanaan kebutuhan, workshop desain, dan penerapan. Sistem ini dibangun dengan memanfaatkan arsitektur teknologi modern, yaitu React Native sebagai kerangka kerja frontend, TypeScript sebagai bahasa pemrograman, Tailwind CSS untuk desain antarmuka pengguna, serta PostgreSQL dan Supabase sebagai platform backend dan manajemen database. Alur dan pemodelan sistem disusun dengan cara terstruktur menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), yang mencakup diagram use case, diagram aktivitas, diagram urutan, dan diagram kelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem administrasi berbasis web tersebut berhasil diterapkan dengan baik. Sistem ini memberikan solusi nyata bagi masyarakat dan orang tua siswa untuk mengakses informasi sekolah secara langsung, serta membantu calon siswa dalam melakukan pendaftaran PPDB secara mandiri tanpa harus menggunakan formulir manual. Sebagai kesimpulan, penerapan metode RAD yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi ini terbukti efektif dalam menghasilkan sistem yang responsif, aman, dan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sekolah.

Abstract

Stroke is a central nervous system disorder that ranks among the leading causes of disability and mortality worldwide, including in Indonesia. Early diagnosis plays a critical role in reducing the risk of severe complications. However, in practice, the initial diagnostic process is often hindered by uncertainty in symptom interpretation and the limited ability of medical personnel to provide objective assessments. To address this issue, this study developed a web-based expert system designed to assist in the early detection of stroke using the Certainty Factor (CF) method. This method was selected for its effectiveness in handling uncertainty by calculating confidence values based on a combination of MB (Measure of Belief) and MD (Measure of Disbelief), adjusted according to user input. The system was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database, allowing flexible access and multi-user support for both administrators and healthcare providers. Testing results indicate that the system can generate predictive diagnosis outcomes with a confidence limit 30%, in accordance with the internal policy of pondok aren regional hospital to ensure that the system functions solely as a screening tool. The system achieved an accuracy rate of 27% in testing, and all features operated as expected based on black-box testing, indicating thet it is suitable for use as an early diagnosis support tool. Therefore, this system is expected to assist healthcare professionals at pondok aren regional hospital in conducting initial stroke assessments digitally, quickly, and in a structured manner.

Abstract

Limited technological literacy and inadequate understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in non-formal education hinder communities from utilizing digital technologies effectively for learning and problem-solving. This condition was identified among participants of Kampung Belajar Masjid Babussalam, where most participants were familiar with digital devices but lacked fundamental knowledge of AI and expert systems. This community service program aimed to improve technological literacy through expert system and Artificial Intelligence education. The program employed socialization, educational counseling, demonstrations, hands-on practice, interactive discussions, and evaluation using pre-tests, post-tests, and participant questionnaires. The activity involved 27 elementary, junior high, and senior high school students at Kampung Belajar Masjid Babussalam, Pamulang. The results indicated a 19.09% increase in participants' understanding, reflected by an improvement in total scores from 110 in the pre-test to 131 in the post-test. Participant satisfaction reached 96.39%, indicating that the practice-based learning approach effectively enhanced participants' understanding of Artificial Intelligence and expert systems while encouraging more productive, creative, and responsible use of digital technology.
