Abstract

Generally, the duties and responsibilities of a teacher is to develop intelligence that exists within every student. This intelligence must be developed so thatstudents can grow, can be smart human and ready to face any challenge in the future. Given the duties and responsibilities of teachers are so complex,then a professional teacher is required to have some specific competencies, namely; 1) Pedagogic competence, 2) Personal competence, 3) Professionalcompetence, 4) Social competence. The development and the improvement of teacher’s competence is done through a system of coaching and sustainable development of teacher’s professionalism associated with the acquisition of credit rate functional position. Activities to obtain credit number of functional position obtained by teachers at least via: 1) Collective activities that improve the competence of teachers and/or teacher professionalism. 2) Education and training. 3) Apprenticeship. 4) Scientific publications on the results of researches or innovative ideas. 5) Innovative works. 6) Presentation at the scientific forum. 7) Publication of textbooks that passes the assessment by the national standards bodies of education. 8) The publication of enrichment. 9) Publication of teachers’ manuals. 10) Publication of field experience in special education and/or special education services. 11) Recognition for the accomplishment or dedication as teacher provided by the government. Abstract

Subject competency standards can be defined as "statements about knowledge, skills and attitudes that must be mastered, and the level of mastery that is expected to be achieved in learning a subject". The competency standard is a framework that explains the basic development of a structured learning program. The subject competency standard is also the focus of the assessment, so the curriculum development process is the focus of the assessment, although the curriculum contains more of the knowledge, skills and attitudes document than evidence to show that learners who have learned have early knowledge and skills. The main factors of successful learners in mastering the subject competency standard are as follows: learners’ high intelligence level, motivation, interest in learning, their present at school, their health, and well attitude, as well as attention from their parents. Meanwhile, teachers should use appropriate methods for their learners, master learning strategies, and be professional as teachers. Keywords: Success, Learners, Competencies

Abstract

Kecerdasan adalah nilai lebih dari setiap manusia dalam mengembangkan pola pikirnya sehingga mampu berkembang dan berpikir dengan jernih untuk menimbang, memutuskan serta menghadapi sesuatu dengan berpusat pada masalah-masalah yang dihadapi dengan solusi cemerlang. Seseorang yang cerdas, pembicaraan yang ia sampaikan akan terstruktur dan memiliki nilai. Saat dia berbicara, maka yang keluar adalah ide, gagasan, solusi, hikmah, ilmu dan dzikir, sehingga pembicaraannya senantiasa bermanfaat. Kecerdasan merupakan salah satu anugerah besar dari Allah kepada manusia dan menjadikannya sebagai salah satu kelebihan manusia dibandingkan dengan makhluk lainnya. Karena dengan kecerdasannya, manusia dapat terus menerus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya yang semakin kompleks, melalui proses berpikir dan belajar secara terus menerus. Kecerdasan spiritual adalah kemampuan untuk memberi makna ibadah terhadap setiap perilaku dan kegiatan, melalui langkah-langkah dan pemikiran yang bersifat fitrah, menuju manusia yang seutuhnya, dan memiliki pola pemikiran tauhidi, serta berprinsip "hanya karena Allah". Macam-macam bentuk kecerdasan spiritual dalam konsep pendidikan Luqman al-Hakim yaitu sebagai berikut: 1. Larangan berbuat syirik 2. Kepercayaan kepada pembalasan Allah 3. Perintah shalat 4. Amar ma'ruf dan nahi munkar 5. Perintah untuk sabar 6. Larangan bersifat sombong 7. Sederhanalah dalam bersuara dan merendahkan suara.

Abstract

Community service activities are activities carried out by lecturers in order to be one of the pillars of the tri dharma of higher education. Community service is one of the pillars of the tri dharma of higher education, in addition to the dharma of education and the dharma of research. The tri dharma of higher education, namely: education, research, and community service. Community service is an integral part of the tri dharma of higher education which in its implementation cannot be separated from the other two dharmas. Through community service, lecturers are present in the midst of the Indonesian nation. So in relation to community service from the Al-Qolam University campus, lecturers are entrusted with a task, namely mentoring to compile the independent curriculum teaching module at SMP Plus Al-Falah Al-Makky Putat Lor Gondanglegi Malang. The implementation of the community service is as follows: 1. Determining the mentoring staff at SMP Plus Al-Falah Al-Makky, 2. Determining the mentoring schedule at SMP Plus Al-Falah Al-Makky, 3. Assisting in compiling teaching modules at SMP Plus Al-Falah Al-Makky, 4. Guiding all participants when the activity is carried out, 5. Providing motivation so that teachers at the SMP are diligent in compiling teaching modules.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengertian wudhu’ tentu perlu dipahami oleh seluruh umat Islam. Karena wudhu’ termasuk syarat sahnya shalat, ini wajib dilakukan agar Allah SWT menerima shalatnya. Nabi Muhammad SAW bersabda, yang artinya: "Allah tidak menerima shalat salah seorang di antara kamu sampai ia berwudhu" (H.R Bukhari). Memahami sabda Nabi Muhammad SAW tersebut, telah jelaslah betapa pentingnya berwudhu’ untuk mendirikan shalat. Wudhu’ memiliki tata cara dan bacaan tertentu saat melakukannya, dan dijalankannya sesuai sunah. Tugas dosen tidak hanya melaksanakan pendidikan bagi mahasiswanya, tetapi juga melaksanakan riset dan mengembangkan inovasi, serta pelestarian dan pengembangan ilmu yang unggul dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Maka kaitannya dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari kampus Universitas Al-Qolam Malang, maka dosen diamanatkan suatu tugas yaitu pendampingan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan memahami tatacara wudhu’ di Pondok Pesantren raudlatul ulum 1 desa Ganjaran Gondanglegi Malang. Pelaksanaan pengabdiannya yaitu:1. Menentukan tenaga pembantu di Pondok Pesantren raudlatul ulum 1, 2. Menertibkan jadwal pelajaran tatacara wudhu’ di Pondok Pesantren raudlatul ulum 1, 3. Membantu mengajar tatacara wudhu’ di Pondok Pesantren raudlatul ulum 1, 4. Membimbing santri ketika kegiatan dilaksanakan, 5. Memberi motivasi agar santri Pondok Pesantren raudlatul ulum 1rajin berwudhu’. Kata kunci : Pendampingan, tatacara wudhu’, Raudlatul Ulum 1 Abstract The definition of ablution certainly needs to be understood by all Muslims. Because ablution is a requirement for the validity of prayer, it must be done so that Allah SWT accepts the prayer. The Prophet Muhammad SAW said, which means: "Allah does not accept the prayer of any of you until he performs ablution" (HR Bukhari). Understanding the words of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, it is clear how important ablution is to establish prayer. Ablution has certain procedures and readings when doing it, and is carried out according to the sunnah. The task of lecturers is not only to provide education for their students, but also to carry out research and develop innovation, as well as the preservation and development of superior and beneficial knowledge for society. So in relation to community service from the Al-Qolam University of Malang campus, lecturers are entrusted with a task, namely mentoring in improving the ability to understand the procedures for ablution at the Raudlatul Ulum 1 Islamic Boarding School, Ganjaran Village, Gondanglegi Malang. The implementation of the service is: 1. Determining the assistant staff at the Raudlatul Ulum 1 Islamic Boarding School, 2. Organizing the schedule of ablution procedures at the Raudlatul Ulum 1 Islamic Boarding School, 3. Helping teach ablution procedures at the Raudlatul Ulum 1 Islamic Boarding School, 4. Guiding students when activities are carried out, 5. Providing motivation so that students at the Raudlatul Ulum 1 Islamic Boarding School are diligent in performing ablution. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe, analyze and provide interpretation of the instillation of Islamic character education values ??in street children at the Al-Falah Al-Makky Islamic Boarding School, Putat Lor, Gondanglegi, Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach, a type of research that produces findings that are not obtained by statistical procedures or other quantification tools. This can lead to research on a person's life, history, behavior or interactional relationships. This concept emphasizes that qualitative research is characterized by an emphasis on the use of non-statistics (mathematics), especially in the process of data analysis to produce research findings naturally.

Abstract

To improve the quality of human resources, it must go through a good and directed educational process. Experts consider education to have an important role in efforts to instill a sense of religion in a child. Education is an activity to develop all aspects of human personality that lasts a lifetime. Education is intended to help students to develop their human potential. For the Indonesian people, education is interpreted as a national struggle. Al-Ghazali's thoughts on education in general are religious. This tendency is likely influenced by his mastery of Sufism. According to al-Ghazali, true education is a means to get closer to Allah SWT. Al-Qabisi in initiating his educational concept consists of children's education, educational goals and educational principles. Education according to Ibn Khaldun in general about the meaning of education is anyone who does not get an education from their parents, will be educated by the future.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Sekolah Plus Ngaji (School Plus Quran Recitation) Program at SDN 9 Tambakasri and its impact on improving students’ Quran reading abilities. The main issue behind this research is the low proficiency of elementary school students in reading the Quran, caused by limited religious education time, lack of parental support at home, and ineffective teaching methods. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and Quran reading tests. The results indicate that the program is conducted regularly three times a week using habit-building strategies, group mentoring, and periodic evaluations. A significant improvement was observed in students' Quran reading skills after participating in the program, as shown by a decrease in the number of students at the basic reading level and an increase in those with fluent reading ability. Additionally, there was a positive shift in students' attitudes toward religious learning, including greater confidence and improved understanding of Quranic recitation rules. The success of the program was also supported by active parental involvement and strong collaboration between teachers, schools, and families. However, challenges such as limited instructional time and a lack of supportive learning resources remain. In conclusion, the Sekolah Plus Ngaji Program is effective in enhancing students’ Quran reading skills and religious character formation when supported by proper implementation strategies and stakeholder cooperation.

Abstract

Being a teacher is a really noble job. He is responsible not only to make human children smart in the field of science, but also to have good morals in this life. A human child who at first does not understand anything, in front of a teacher is educated to understand life better and know the world. On his shoulders are the duties and responsibilities for the future sustainability of a generation that is smarter and more civilized. So noble is the job of a teacher as well as how heavy the task and responsibility of being a teacher is. This is why not everyone can be a successful teacher. Only certain people who have a love for children or students and are highly dedicated to the world of education are able to become teachers. This is the personality of a teacher who successfully teaches and educates in front of his students, the figure of a favorite teacher who is loved by his students. Abstract

Tri dharma perguruan tinggi, yaitu: pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan bagian integral tri dharma perguruan tinggi yang dalam pelaksanaannya tidak terlepas dari dua dharma yang lain serta melibatkan segenap sivitas akademik: dosen, mahasiswa, tenaga kependidikan serta alumni. Melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dosen hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat bangsa Indonesia. Demikian pula ke depan merancang pengabdian kepada masyarakat dunia, melalui berbagai kiprah kerjasama dengan mitra internasional dapat berkarya di berbagai penjuru dunia. Tugas dosen tidak hanya melaksanakan pendidikan bagi mahasiswanya, tetapi juga melaksanakan riset dan mengembangkan inovasi, serta pelestarian dan pengembangan ilmu yang unggul dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Maka kaitannya dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari kampus Universitas Al-Qolam Malang, maka dosen diamanatkan suatu tugas yaitu memberikan pembinaan praktek shalat di pondok raudlatul ulum 1 desa Ganjaran Gondanglegi Malang. Pelaksanaan pengabdiannya yaitu: 1. Menentukan tenaga pembantu di Pondok Raudlatul Ulum 1, 2. Menertibkan jadwal praktek shalat, 3. Membantu mengajar tentang ilmu shalat, 4. Membimbing santri untuk praktek shalat, 5. Memberi motivasi agar santri rajin mendirikan shalat berjama’ah.
