<![CDATA[Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi fatis dalam gelar wicara YouTube Metro TV bertajuk “Sambo Batal Dihukum Mati, MA Dicaci”, serta merumuskan implikasinya berupa draf modul ajar teks puisi di SMP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengaplikasikan teori kategori fatis Kridalaksana (1990). Data diperoleh melalui metode simak dengan teknik bebas libat cakap (SBLC) dan teknik catat terhadap tuturan pembawa acara serta narasumber dalam video tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 197 data fatis yang terdiri atas 180 partikel fatis, 1 kata fatis, dan 16 frasa fatis. Dari keseluruhan data tersebut, teridentifikasi 26 variasi fungsi fatis, di antaranya berfungsi untuk menghaluskan perintah, menekankan kesalahan kawan bicara, hingga menekankan pengakuan kesalahan pembicara. Temuan sosiopragmatik ini diimplementasikan ke dalam pengembangan modul ajar materi mengenal puisi bagi siswa SMP Fase D untuk memperkaya kreativitas pilihan diksi siswa. This study aims to describe the forms and functions of phatic in a Metro TV YouTube talk show titled "Sambo Batal Diputus Mati, MA Dicaci" (Sambo Batal Diputus Mati, MA Dicaci), and to formulate its implications in the form of a draft poetry text teaching module for junior high school students. This research is descriptive qualitative, applying Kridalaksana's (1990) phatic category theory. Data were obtained through listening with the Free Participation (SBLC) technique and note-taking techniques of the presenter and resource persons in the video. The results showed 197 phatic data items, consisting of 180 phatic particles, 1 phatic word, and 16 phatic phrases. From this data, 26 variations of phatic functions were identified, including softening commands, emphasizing the interlocutor's mistakes, and emphasizing the speaker's admission of mistakes. These sociopragmatic findings were implemented in the development of a poetry teaching module for Phase D junior high school students to enrich students' diction choices.
