ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the income of watermelon farming and the feasibility of watermelon farming as an intercrop on oil palm land. This study was conducted in Panca Tunggal Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency from March to May 2025. The research method used in this study was descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used was a census where all members of the population were observed and interviewed. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews and direct documentation to respondents using tools in the form of a list of questions that had been prepared previously and data obtained from related institutions related to this study. The data processing and analysis methods used were editing, cding, tabulating, then to calculate income, the income analysis formula and the feasibility of watermelon farming used the feasibility analysis formula. The results of the study showed that, the income of watermelon farming business was Rp.63,223,265Lg/Mt, R/C was 1.83 which means R/C> 1 so the farming business can be said to be feasible, BEP Production was 19.194,183Kg <35,000 which means watermelon farming is feasible to be cultivated, ??? Price was Rp.2,194 1 maka usahatani dapat dikatakn layak, BEP Produksi sebesar 19.194,183Kg < 35.000 yang berarti usahatani semangka layak untuk diusahakan , BEP Harga Sebesar Rp.2.194 < Rp.4000 yang berarti usahatani semangka layak untuk diusakan, dan BEP Penerimaan sebesar Rp.608.360< Rp.140.000.000 yang berarti usahatani semangka layak diusahakan.
