This research aimed to analyze the effectiveness of digitized Physical Education (PJOK) learning using Quizizz in physical fitness material for 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Pegandon. Employing a quantitative methodology within a one-group pretest–posttest framework, the inquiry examined a cohort of 32 participants from class X 2. Empirical data were gathered through pre- and post-intervention cognitive assessments alongside psychomotor evaluations measuring motor skill execution. Analytical procedures encompassed descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk test to verify distribution normality, a paired-samples t-test for hypothesis testing, and an N-Gain calculation. Statistical outcomes revealed normality coefficients of 0.170 (pretest) and 0.067 (posttest), establishing normal distribution across both datasets (p>0.05). Subsequently, a paired-samples t-test yielded a statistically significant score (p=0.000<0.05), confirming that gamified digital integration exerted a substantial impact on academic performance. Post-intervention cognitive scores escalated to a mean of 84.06, corresponding to a normalized gain (N-Gain) index of 0.4474, which denotes improvement within the moderate category. Complementing these cognitive gains, psychomotor appraisals demonstrated that most participants executed the physical fitness routines proficiently. Ultimately, these insights offer a valuable benchmark for physical education practitioners seeking to leverage interactive digital media, foster technology-enhanced pedagogy, and guide educational researchers in designing modern instructional tools tailored to the contemporary digital landscape
